The boiler offer includes a site inspection and professional installation by our technicians. During installation, additional labor services may be required to ensure proper execution of the work. The related costs must be paid directly to the technician, who will issue an invoice or receipt. Download the document "Professional Installation and Maintenance Regulations" for more details. The goods and services purchased are subject to a reduced VAT rate of 10 percent. Boilers are classified as significant goods according to the Ministerial Decree of December 29, 1999. The reduced 10 percent VAT rate applies to labor and to other goods used in the intervention. The 10 percent VAT also applies to the portion of the total cost that refers to significant goods, corresponding to the difference between the overall value of the service and the value of the significant goods themselves. The remaining amount is subject to the standard VAT rate of 22 percent.

Description
The Ariston Matis Condens Plus condensing boiler, designed for indoor installation and powered by natural gas or LPG, with energy class A, represents a compact and cost-effective solution. The boiler is available in a version for both heating and domestic hot water production. It features an LCD display for simple and intuitive control, a high-efficiency continuously modulating circulator, and is ready for integration with the new Bus Bridgenet® communication protocol. The product includes an isothermal primary stainless steel heat exchanger and a domestic hot water plate heat exchanger to ensure maximum reliability and comfort. The boiler is also equipped with a self-diagnosis system that monitors its condition through frost protection, anti-limescale function, and circulator anti-blocking protection.
The Matis Condens Plus boiler is available in two power options, 24 kW and 30 kW, and always delivers maximum energy savings with its A energy class. The turnkey package includes professional installation by our technicians, with a two-year warranty.
