Please note that the Enel Energia App is currently available only for customers who have a residential electricity or gas supply contract, or for sole proprietorships with an alphanumeric Tax Code. If you registered with a VAT number, you can still access the Customer Area on the enel.it website.

We kindly ask for your help in identifying your review on the Store (Google or Apple), so we can better handle the issue; just follow these few simple steps:

  1. Enter the e-mail you use to access the Enel Energia App;
  2. Enter the Tax Code associated with your electricity or gas supply contract;
  3. Enter the Username you use on the Store (Google Play or App Store), which appears at the top of your review;
  4. Enter the reason for contact;
  5. Indicate which operating system you use, whether Google Android or Apple iOS;
  6. Describe the issue encountered in the App in the "Write your message" field.
