*Offers do not include voice service, resulting in the loss of the fixed telephone number in the event of migration. If the migration of the requested internet line is not technically possible, a new internet line will be activated and the customer must independently withdraw from the contract with the previous operator. FTTH technology offer from Enel Energia, reserved for Enel Energia customers for electricity or gas for domestic use (excluding PLACET offers and the graduated protection service for non-vulnerable domestic customers). For these customers, the basic fee of €24.90/month will be discounted to €19.90/month (VAT included) for the first 24 months. Payment by Direct Debit or payment card mandatory for subscriptions via web channel for all fibre offers. There is a cancellation fee of €19.90 in the event of withdrawal within the first 24 months. Withdrawal from the energy and/or gas supply contract entails the loss or rearrangement of the right to the discount(s) with effect from the first day of the month following the month in which the withdrawal took place, and determines the modification of the terms of validity of the discount and of the first contract commitment of the associated offer. What payment options are available?

You can pay your bills via:

  • direct debit from an Italian or SEPA-area bank or postal account (SDD), payment card with a 16-digit PAN (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) issued in Italy or anywhere in SEPA, or with a PayPal account;
  • pagoPa payment notice — online using the IO app, your bank’s app/website, or any other pagoPA-enabled channels; or in person at banks, ATMs, lottery retailers, post offices, supermarkets, and other authorized stores. No need to send a receipt when using pagoPA;
  • Customer Area on enel.it or via the Enel Energia app.

What do I have to do for installation of the Enel Energia line?

In most cases, activation of the line requires the intervention of an engineer directly in your home, by appointment. Where possible, existing installations will be used, and if these are not suitable, the engineer may inform you of the need for any adaptation work, which will not be carried out by the engineer, but will be at your expense. If no engineer is needed, we will notify you by email of the successful activation of the line. You can then connect the modem and start using the service.

How long does the engineer's intervention take?

Generally, the engineer's intervention takes about two hours from arrival. Then, following simple instructions, you can connect the modem that Enel Energia has sent directly to your home and you can start using the Internet connection service.
