A deactivation fee of €23.90 (VAT included) applies for FTTH technology, while for FTTC mixed copper technology the deactivation fee is €20.20 (VAT included) in case of withdrawal within the first 24 months. Terminating the electricity and/or gas supply contract will result in the loss or adjustment of the discount(s), starting from the first day of the month following termination, and will modify the validity period of the discount and the initial contractual commitment of the associated offer.
