With Enel Day Free, you get 7 consecutive hours per day of free energy component, every day, up to 130 kWh/month. In addition, you will have the monthly fee waived for the first 6 months, and thanks to the 2G meter you can track your consumption through the Enel Energia App.
Clear contract

Enel Energia may, with at least 3 months’ notice, inform you in writing of the new economic conditions that will be applied after the first 2 years of a stable and secure price. If the customer does not wish to accept the new economic conditions, they may terminate the contract by choosing a new supplier. The economic conditions of the offer are valid for subscriptions until 28/01/2026, unless extended.

What the offer includes

How can I check if my meter is a fully operational 2G meter?
You can check if your meter is eligible to subscribe to the Enel Day Free offer by accessing the consumption portal and following the steps below.
1. Log in with SPID or CIE
Once you have opened the portal website, log in using one of the available methods, namely SPID or CIE.
2. Select the supply
The consumption portal lists all the utilities registered in your name. Select the electricity supply corresponding to the meter you want to check.
3. Is your meter 2G?
Check that under «2G meter status» it is indicated as FULLY CONFIGURABLE.
4. Is your meter fully operational?
Click on View Consumption and check that measurements are available in the daily data section.

What are the conditions required to subscribe to this offer?

Offer available only to residential customers with fully operational 2G meters.

Where and how can I track my consumption?

Within the Enel Energia App, in the section dedicated to your supplies, you can track your daily, monthly, and custom-period consumption.

 

You will find a detail of consumption recorded between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., including the progressive consumption figure as of the consultation date.

 

Data will be updated with a 48 hour delay compared to actual consumption.

 

If, for a specific day, actual consumption data are not available, they will be estimated.

If I am an Enel Energia power customer, can I subscribe to this offer?

What happens if I subscribe to the offer and later find out that I do not have a fully operational 2G meter?

Customers with 1G meters or non-fully operational 2G meters who subscribe to the offer will be switched to the Enel Luce offer starting from the first month following subscription. For customers with 1G meters or non-fully operational 2G meters, if the €99 subscription fee for the Enel Day Free offer (a fee not included in the Enel Luce offer) has already been paid, the amount will be refunded in the first available bill following subscription. If the customer has activated direct debit, the refund will be made by bank transfer. Alternatively, the customer may provide their IBAN to customer service to receive the credit directly to their current account. For the period during which the customer remains on the Enel Day Free offer, the 130 kWh included in the monthly threshold from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. will be fully discounted, regardless of whether consumption actually occurs during solar hours (10 a.m.–5 p.m.).

How long does the offer last? What happens when the 3 years expire?

The offer lasts 3 years, and you will have fixed prices for the entire duration of the offer. At the end of the 3 years, with at least 90 days’ notice, Enel Energia may notify you of the new economic conditions that will apply to the offer: if you decide not to accept them, you may withdraw from the contract. For more information, please refer to art. 7.2 of the General Supply Conditions.

What happens if I consume more than the threshold set between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.?

If during the month you consume more than 130 kWh between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., the consumption exceeding the threshold will be billed at a price of €0.162/kWh, which is the same price applied to consumption during the other hours (from 5 p.m. to 10 a.m.).

            

What happens if I cancel the offer before the 3 years?

You may cancel the offer at any time. If you cancel the offer mid-month (ex. on the 5th of the month), your monthly fee will be billed on a pro-rata basis (only for the first 5 days).

Is the supplied energy really of solar origin?

The supplied energy is certified as solar through solar certificates of origin.    

What are the advantages of this offer?

  • This offer allows you to benefit from solar energy without having to install photovoltaic panels.
  • You have the flexibility to use the 130 kWh, with the energy component waived, included during solar hours (10 a.m.–5 p.m.), over the course of the month as you prefer within the solar time slot (10 a.m.–5 p.m.).
  • You will have 130 kWh per month with a free energy component to be used from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., regardless of weather conditions, including rainy days.
  • You will have prices (energy component, monthly fee and CCV) fixed for three years.
  • You will maximize your savings the more you consume between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
