If you have already sent a report, you will receive a reply within 30 calendar days, as defined by ARERA (the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment) with resolution 413/2016/R/COM.

Some reports take longer to resolve. You will always receive a reply.

If necessary, a dedicated consultant will contact you by phone or text for clarification or information on handling your request.

Fibre

If you have already sent a report, you will receive a response within 45 calendar days of your request, as defined by AGCOM (the Italian Communications Guarantee Authority) in its resolution 347/18 and 179/03.
