Delivery time and installation of Enel X Way products in stock

Enel X Way products in stock will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase, no later than 30 days after purchase in the case of products without installation. In the event of a delay in delivery, Enel X Way will send you notification, possibly indicating the new delivery date.
If the contract also provides for the installation of the product by Enel X Way Italia, this shall commence within 180 days. The timelines stated run from the completion of the last of the following activities, indicated in chronological order:

  • successful technical feasibility check;
  • payment by the Customer;
  • provision by the Customer to Enel X Way Italia of the documentation necessary to prepare the project, to certify the ownership of the property and its regularity from an administrative point of view, as well as any other necessary authorisation, as better specified in the Contract;
  • completion of the authorisation procedures required for the installation of the Product.
  • Communication by the Customer to Enel X Way of the completion of the paperwork with evidence of any preparation work.

In the event of a delay in the installation of the Product, Enel X Way Italia will notify you, possibly indicating a new installation date.
In the case of offers concerning a service, this may only be requested after successful payment, which will determine the "Service Activation Date".

Are there any additional costs for inspection and installation?

If the product you have purchased requires an inspection and/or installation by one of our engineers, the cost of this service is always included in the price of your purchase. However, adjustment work on the electrical installation may be necessary, and this may entail additional costs.
