How do I register for the Enel On Your Way App?

Registration for the App is free of charge. Download the Enel On Your Way App from the App Store or Google Play and create your Account by clicking the "Register" button on the log in page. Enter your personal details or alternatively, register via social media (Facebook, Google or Apple). During registration, make sure to select the “Region” in which to register your account. This will be based on where you want to use Enel X Way services. To use the App in another “Region” you will have to create a new account that also uses the same credentials.

I registered but did not receive the account verification email, what do I do?

If you did not receive the account verification e-mail, first try checking your “spam” folder. Or search for “Enel X Way” in the search bar. If you cannot find the email, please contact customer support by sending an email to e-mobility@enel.com.

I cannot register, what do I do?

Please note that, to complete your registration, all mandatory fields must be completed and the “Terms and Conditions” section must be flagged. If you have previously registered on an Enel Group portal, we invite you to access the Enel On Your Way App with the same credentials (email/tax code/password) as your account. If you do not remember your password, you can perform a password reset to generate a new one. For further assistance, please contact customer service at e-mobility@enel.com.

My account is blocked, what do I do?

If you have already confirmed the login email, the account may have been blocked due to an incorrect password being entered several times. In this case, wait 10 minutes. The account will be unlocked and you can try to log in again. Before trying to access the account again, we recommend that you reset your password. Also remember to check that the login email is the same as the one used during registration. If the account still remains locked, even after the password reset, you can contact customer service for support. If you have not yet confirmed your login email, remember that you have 24 hours to validate your account from receipt of the email. After more than 24 hours have elapsed, a new registration is necessary.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, you need to go to the “Settings” section and click on “Delete Account”.

You can decide to delete all your data on the Enel On Your Way App and thus continue to access all Enel services with your Unique ID, or you can delete your data and your Unique ID. In this case, you will need to create a new account to access Enel services. We will deactivate the account within 10 days of receiving your request. In this case, you will be charged for the Services used until such time as the Service is deactivated.

Can I use the Enel On Your Way App without registering?

It is also possible to use the charging service without creating an account, accessing the service from the log-in page as a “Guest”.

To recharge, you will need to enter your billing data for payment, which can be made by credit card, prepaid card or PayPal. Charges will be calculated according to the Pay Per Use Tariff. As a “Guest” user, you will not be able to access the booking service, flat rate plans, or all other services included in the App.

What is the difference between a private account and a corporate account?

The private account is suitable for those who want to charge with their own private vehicle. Therefore, you will be billed for all your charging operations, plus any non-occupancy of the outlet at the end of same. The corporate account, on the other hand, is suitable for those who want to charge the vehicle they use for work. Please note: when selecting a corporate user, it will not be possible to activate a corporate code. By proceeding with the activation of a corporate connection, charging and penalties for outlet occupancy at the end of charging will be billed to your company.

Can I only buy Enel X Way products from the web?

No, you can also go to authorised points of sale.

I have a promotional code, where do I enter it?

If you have a promotional code, enter it on the cart summary page before entering the payment details.

Can I change my payment method after purchase?

If you wish to change the payment method previously indicated for your purchase, please contact Customer Service on 800.069.850.

Do I need to register to purchase?

No, you can complete an order even if you do not have an account.

Registration, however, gives you immediate access to your data, your payment methods, and your full purchase history. You can also use the relevant flag to register during the purchase process.
