How long is the manufacturer's warranty? What does it cover?

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty covering any conformity defects. It does not cover damage resulting from unauthorised alterations, repairs or manipulation.

My order was cancelled and I had already made the payment, what is the timeframe for the refund?

On average, refunds are made within 10-15 days of order cancellation.

I have taken advantage of the right to change my mind; when will I receive my refund?

On average, refunds take up to 10 to 15 days after the return request.

How and when can I exercise the right of withdrawal after changing my mind?

You have the right to withdraw without charge no later than 14 days after entering into the Contract. You will be refunded if you have already paid for the product. You can exercise your right to change your mind according to the following alternative ways: contacting our Customer Service at the toll-free number 800.069.850 or by sending a written communication to the following: e-mobility@enel.com

In the case of self-installation or installation by firms other than Enel X Way Italia, what does the warranty include?

In this case, the warranty does not cover any faults arising from installation, but only the conformity defects of the product.
