Charge outlet monitoring
I want to charge on a busy outlet, how can I find out when it will be available again?
You can only monitor the availability of an outlet for stations operated by Enel X Way or Ewiwa. If you want to be notified when the outlet is available again, enter the station details, select the required outlet and click on the “Follow” button. You can monitor a maximum of 10 outlets at the same time.
Where do I find all the outlets I am monitoring?
To view the outlets you are monitoring on the map, click on the “View Station List” icon and position yourself in the “Following” section. In this section you can manage all outlets directly.
How do I stop monitoring an outlet?
Outlet monitoring will end if the station is available again or the status becomes “Under Maintenance”.
If you want to terminate monitoring manually, however, you can:
Click on the relevant “Following” button within the station details;
Click on “Stop Following” in the “View Station List” section; this will allow you to end monitoring all outlets followed;
Start a public charging session.
Where can I see if other users are monitoring the outlet I am charging on?
If a station is managed by Enel X Way or Ewiwa, for each occupied outlet you can see if the user who is charging has reached an 85% charge for DC outlets and 100% charge for AC outlets; you can also see if other users are monitoring it.
I automatically booked an outlet, how do I cancel it?
You can cancel an automatic reservation by starting a public charging session or by clicking on “Cancel reservation” within the station detail.
I want to charge at a busy outlet, how can I send an anonymous request to the outlet user to find out how soon the outlet will be available?
You can only send an outlet release request for stations operated by Enel X Way or Ewiwa. The request will be sent after the automatic outlet reservation.
I have received a request to release the outlet from a user, what do I do?
If you receive a request from a user, you can choose to ignore or accept it.
To accept the request, click on the notification and you will be redirected to the charge session; you will be shown a popup with the following options to respond to the user:

30 min
45 min
More than 45 min
If you do not respond within 10 minutes after the notification arrives, the user will be informed that you are not releasing the outlet any time soon.

No, you need to register if you want to monitor or reserve an occupied outlet.
