E-BOX is a whole new way to keep your home's electricity consumption under control. With the ENEL ONE offer you have a simple and intuitive tool to check consumption at any time of your day, conveniently from App or in Customer Area.

Each of the 5 ENEL ONE plans provides for a predefined monthly amount of kWh to meet your consumption habits, the amount is unique, including taxes and VAT. Each month, consumption that is lower or higher than your plan is economically enhanced and stored in your E-BOX saver which you can monitor directly via the App or from the Customer Area. And at the end of each contractual year or upon reaching a positive or negative amount of at least €45, the accumulated amount will be monetized by crediting or debiting the bill and can be viewed directly on the receipt. Monetization will also take place in the event of withdrawal, cessation of supply or offer change.

If you decide to change your plan you can do it for free, whenever you want * or as many times as you want, always in the Customer Area or from the App.

How does E-BOX work?

E-BOX is the digital saver that gives you the possibility to check your consumption wherever you are, even from a tablet or smartphone:

  • Every month, the consumptions higher or lower than the plan you subscribed are economically valued. This means that when you consume less or more than your plan, you do not lose your savings nor do we ask you to pay an extra amount: these consumptions are valued economically (at € 0.348/kWh, VAT and taxes included) in your E -BOX like in a saver. The content of your E-BOX will then be monetized with credit or debit in the bill and viewable in your receipt at the end of each contractual year and every time you reach a positive/negative amount of at least €45. Monetization will also take place in the event of withdrawal, cessation of supply or offer change.

How often is the E-BOX updated?

The E-BOX is updated monthly, at the time the invoice is issued. In case of use of estimated measurements, a subsequent recalculation will be made as soon as the real measurements are available.

How does economic enhancement work in the E-BOX?

Each month, the consumptions higher or lower than those foreseen by the chosen plan are economically valued (at € 0.289/kWh, VAT and taxes included) and stored in your E-BOX as in a saver.

When can I monetize the amounts in my E-BOX?

The monetization of the amount present in the E-BOX, determined on the basis of the actual readings available, takes place automatically at the end of each contractual year or in advance upon reaching a positive or negative amount of at least € 45. The monetization will also take place in the event of withdrawal, termination of the supply or change of offer (re-negotiation).

What is meant by the plan threshold?

Each month, according to the plan chosen, you have a predefined monthly amount of kWh available. Consumption higher or lower than the threshold set by your plan, are economically valued and stored in the E-BOX, to then be monetized in the manner described above.
