How to pay postal bills online

In everyday life, paying bills, utilities and public administration services takes time, which is often spent queueing at counters. With online payments, however, some transactions are easily handled from home, such as payments via postal slips. Enel Energia, in cooperation with Mooney now offers this possibility for TD896 pre-marked bills, with a quick and easy online service.

How to pay a pre-marked bill slip online

Pre-marked slips are forms that are fully or partially pre-completed by the issuing company, intended for fixed payments such as household bills (water, gas and power, telephone line), monthly or annual fees, and other recurring bills, such as payments for condominiums, insurance companies and other businesses. There are two types of pre-marked bill slip:

  • Bill slip 896 (TD 896 Pre-marked): easy to use because it is already pre-completed by the issuing company. All you have to do is make the payment and keep the receipt. However, always remember to check that all information entered is correct before making the payment;

  • Bill slip 674 (TD 674 partially Pre-marked): unlike Form 896, this bill slip is only partially pre-completed and for example, it leaves the payment amount blank.

With Enel Energia, in cooperation with Mooney, you can pay your TD896 pre-marked bill slip online. Simply enter the required data (postal account, bill number, amount, reason for payment), the email address at which to receive the payment receipt and the payment method on the specific payment portal. Payment will be completed quickly and efficiently.

The advantage of online payment is that it can be made conveniently and quickly without the need to go to a physical point. With Enel Energia's Digital Payments service, just enter your e-mail address on the payment page to receive your receipt.

The cost of the service is €1.70. Enel Energia's Digital Payments service, offered in partnership with Mooney, also allows you to pay pagoPA, car tax, MAV and RAV.
