How to save on your bill with Enel Ore Free
Metering consumption and implementing good practices to consume energy in the best possible way will help you streamline your household budget. But to make your winning move and save money on your power bill, it is essential to choose an offer that suits your needs.
Enel Ore Free is the flexible and customisable digital offer, like a 'loyalty card' that rewards you with a surprising bonus. Until 12 November, in fact, you can sign up for the offer with a €0 energy component and choose 3 consecutive hours per day, every day.
How does it work?
With Enel Ore Free you can choose the 3 ore freeband best suited to your consumption habits conveniently from the Enel Energia App or Private Web Area.
Here you have access to your daily consumption at all times, along with all other useful information to improve your 'energy' profile and maximise savings on your bill.
As an initial setting for Enel Ore Free, you will be allocate a 1:00pm-4:00pm time slot, but once registered, you will be able to change it for free, autonomously, every day and with no limit to the number of possible slot changes!
Just remember that you can change the three free hours up to 15 minutes before the start of the chosen time slot. For example, if you have set your 3 free hours from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., you have until 4.45 p.m. to change the time slot.
Who can join Enel Ore Free?
Enel Ore Free is aimed at domestic customers with a low-voltage energy supply. To join, there is a first rule to be observed, you must have a meter:
- with maximum power of 3 kW;
- fully up and running, meaning it must have an active remote reading function.
You can check the requirements by selecting the offer on the App or from the Private Area on the Enel website and entering the POD code, which will be checked with a 2G check service. If you are eligible, all you have to do is activate Enel Ore Free, which is perfect for you if:
- you come from another supplier or want to carry out a change of supplier at the same time;
- you want total flexibility and full digital management of your offer.
How to sign up
Now that you have drawn your loyalty card, all that remains is to activate the offer:
- your tax ID code;
- the POD code or, alternatively, the 9-digit Customer Code that you can read on the meter display or on the bills of the previous supply holder;
- the meter reading;
- the IBAN to debit the offer from your current account. In fact, Enel Ore Free provides a direct debit from your current account or credit card, to help you avoid queues for payment.
