According to the analysis conducted by the German Institute for Quality ITQF, Enel Energia is the top-ranked company in Italy (in the power and gas sector) in terms of customer satisfaction. The study shows that satisfaction with Enel Energia’s services is well above the industry average: 74.2% of power and gas customers stated they are satisfied with our services, compared to a sector average of 55.9%.

What is the Service Champions Study

The study by the German Institute for Quality is the largest ever conducted in Italy. For its ninth edition, German analysts surveyed 200,000 users, using advanced techniques based on both direct interviews and social listening, the monitoring of online conversations. This approach provided an in-depth understanding of consumer opinions across various companies, adding even more value to the recognition received by Enel Energia.
