The goods and services purchased are subject to a reduced VAT rate of 10 percent. Boilers are classified as significant goods according to the Ministerial Decree of December 29, 1999. The reduced 10 percent VAT rate applies to labor and to other goods used in the intervention. The 10 percent VAT also applies to the portion of the total cost that refers to significant goods, corresponding to the difference between the overall value of the service and the value of the significant goods themselves. The remaining amount is subject to the standard VAT rate of 22 percent.

Description
The Ferroli BlueHelix HiTech RRT condensing boiler can be powered by both natural gas and LPG, configurable directly on the unit, and belongs to energy class A.
The Ferroli Bluehelix HiTech RRT boiler represents the highest level of efficiency and comfort. Designed and manufactured in accordance with the new ErP directives for eco-design and labelling, the Bluehelix HiTech RRT stands at the top of its category in terms of aesthetics and quietness. It is designed to fully meet the demands of a “robust” product in every respect, thanks to the primary heat exchanger with high-flow passages, capable of guaranteeing maximum efficiency and long-term reliability, including—and not only—in the replacement of old generators in particularly dirty systems.
The new Multi Combustion Control combustion system, a patented gas-adaptive technology of industrial derivation, allows better adaptability of use as gas network conditions vary (e.g. fluctuations or reduced pressure). The boiler enables instantaneous domestic hot water production with a dedicated plate heat exchanger.
The new user interface with “capsense” technology, without mechanical buttons, is equipped with a 2.8’’ graphic display and allows the user to interact with the product easily and intuitively for simple and correct parameter setting. It easily adapts to load conditions thanks to the wide modulation range, which can reach up to 1:10 (1:10 mod. 34 C, 1:7 mod. 24 C).
The three-piece removable casing extends down to cover the pipe connections. The Ferroli Bluehelix HiTech RRT boiler is able to operate on both natural gas and LPG without the use of an additional conversion kit and is available in 24 C kW and 34 C kW versions.
