Enel Sun Plug&Play Apartment Photovoltaic System – 0.37 kWp with 10-Year Warranty. Ideal for those who want a photovoltaic system but live in an apartment, the Enel Sun Plug&Play system offers a practical and efficient solution. With a nominal power of 300 Wp, it is quick and easy to install on your balcony. The system connects to your home’s power grid via a standard electrical plug with a dedicated socket that complies with CEI 0-21 regulations, allowing you to immediately start saving on your electricity consumption.

Included in the solution:

• 1 photovoltaic panel with a power output of 370 Wp (12-year conventional product warranty, 25-year performance warranty)
• Zucchetti/Tsun micro inverter with integrated monitoring system (10-year warranty)
• Support structure with railing bracket (10-year conventional warranty)

Monitoring

Thanks to a wattmeter installed in the system's protection panel, the system's production will be recorded and can be viewed at any time.

Required Conditions

• Availability of a dedicated and visually distinguishable electrical socket from the other sockets within the user's electrical system (where the qualified installer has provided a dedicated circuit from the distribution board).
• Type of railing: must be a metal railing not built according to the related technical standards and unable to support a horizontal load of at least 200 kg/m.
• The maximum width of the railing (including handrail) must not exceed 150 mm, with a useful parapet height between a minimum of 940 mm and a maximum of 1260 mm.
• Prior communication to the condominium regarding the installation of a photovoltaic system serving one's own apartment, on the railing/parapet of one's own balcony, supported by the legal provision in Article 1122 bis of the Italian Civil Code.
