Enel Assistenza Luce

Two-year service. After the first 24 months, the service will be automatically renewed for 12 months in 12 months unless the customer withdraws.
The customer will have:

• Dedicated Call Center and access to a network of specialized technicians present throughout Italy to request up to two electrical repair interventions per year free of charge, with a value of €250.00 each including VAT (including call-out fee, labor and spare parts). The free interventions included and excluded in the offer are reported in the attached document.
  Some of the services included include:
  • interventions in the event of a lack of electricity supply, including interventions to repair damage caused by lightning that lead to a lack of electricity
  • interventions to repair faulty switches, plugs and electrical sockets
    
  • interventions to repair satellite systems/parabolic antennas, home automation systems and gates
• Possibility to request repairs at discounted rates in the fields of plumbing, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning and climate control, locks and glass. The preferential rates are:
  
  • €29.00 VAT included, per trip
  • €38.00 VAT included, for each hour of labor plus any costs for spare parts
