*The offers do not include voice service, which means the fixed phone number will be lost in case of migration. If the requested internet line migration is not technically feasible, a new internet line will be activated and the customer must independently terminate the contract with the previous provider. This offer is reserved for new residential Fiber customers who have signed a domestic electricity supply contract in the free market with Enel Energia or who hold a domestic gas supply contract with Enel Energia (excluding PLACET offers and the gradual protection service for non-vulnerable residential customers). For these customers, the base fee of €24.90/month will be discounted to €21.90/month (VAT included) for the first 24 months. Direct debit from a bank account or payment card is mandatory for all fiber offer subscriptions via the web channel. A deactivation fee of €21.90 applies for FTTH technology, while for FTTC mixed copper technology the deactivation fee is €20.20 in case of withdrawal within the first 24 months. Terminating the electricity or gas supply contract will result in the loss or adjustment of the discount(s), starting from the first day of the month following the termination, and will change the validity terms of the discount and the initial contractual commitment of the associated offer. The offer is subject to conditions and limitations; check availability to see whether your home is covered by fiber (FTTH or FTTC mixed copper). What payment options are available?

You can pay your bills via:

  • direct debit from an Italian or SEPA-area bank or postal account (SDD), payment card with a 16-digit PAN (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) issued in Italy or anywhere in SEPA, or with a PayPal account;
  • pagoPa payment notice — online using the IO app, your bank’s app/website, or any other pagoPA-enabled channels; or in person at banks, ATMs, lottery retailers, post offices, supermarkets, and other authorized stores. No need to send a receipt when using pagoPA;
  • Customer Area on enel.it or via the Enel Energia app.

What do I have to do for installation of the Enel Energia line?

In most cases, activation of the line requires the intervention of an engineer directly in your home, by appointment. Where possible, existing installations will be used, and if these are not suitable, the engineer may inform you of the need for any adaptation work, which will not be carried out by the engineer, but will be at your expense. If no engineer is needed, we will notify you by email of the successful activation of the line. You can then connect the modem and start using the service.

How long does the engineer's intervention take?

Generally, the engineer's intervention takes about two hours from arrival. Then, following simple instructions, you can connect the modem that Enel Energia has sent directly to your home and you can start using the Internet connection service.
