What is Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Condomini
Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Condomini is the gas supply offer with a pricing structure and contractual conditions defined by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (hereinafter ARERA) and introduced by resolution 555/2017/R/com and subsequent amendments. In compliance with the pricing structure established by the Authority, the fees are determined by the Supplier.
Who can subscribe?
All customers with sites for domestic use, registered to a Condominium, can subscribe to Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Condomini.
How to subscribe
You can subscribe to Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Condomini by the date indicated in the Technical and Economic Conditions ("CTE"), through the following channels: for contracts concluded by phone, the subscription is confirmed with the Customer's consent, by recording the call; for contracts concluded online, the subscription is made directly on the website by clicking on the appropriate navigation fields; for contracts concluded through physical sales channels (Spazio Enel, Spazio Enel Partner, Agencies, Smart Agents), both inside and outside commercial premises, the subscription is confirmed by signing the appropriate Subscription Form.
Duration and renewal of the supply contract

The Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Condomini gas supply contract is open-ended, and the economic conditions are valid for 12 months from the activation of the supply. The customer retains the right to withdraw at any time, in accordance with current regulations. Before the expiration of the economic conditions, with at least three months’ notice and through a specific communication, Enel Energia will inform the customer of the new economic terms that will apply for the following 12 months, without prejudice to the customer's right to withdraw from the contract. The proposed price, for the renewal of the same type of offer, will match the price set for the Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Condomini offer marketed by the supplier at the time the renewal is communicated. In the absence of withdrawal by the Customer, the new economic conditions will be considered accepted. The economic conditions of the offer are valid until 28/01/2026.

How to subscribe to the commercial offer and conclude the supply contract?

You can subscribe to the Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Condomini offer according to the provisions set out in the General Supply Conditions ("CGF") and the Technical and Economic Conditions ("CTE") available in the DOCUMENTS section.

The contract can be concluded online at www.enel.it, by phone by calling the toll-free number 800900860 from Italy or +39 0664511012 from abroad (subject to charges applied by your telephone operator), and through physical sales channels (Spazio Enel, Spazio Enel Partner, Agencies, Smart Agents).

The effectiveness of the Contract is subject to verification by Enel Energia, based on the parameters indicated in the CGF, to be carried out during the contractual phase and in any case within 60 days from the contract conclusion date.

What does the gas bill consist of?

The pricing structure of PLACET offers, as defined by ARERA, is composed of a fixed fee (Pfix), expressed in Euro/POD/year, and a gas raw material fee (Pvol), expressed in Euro/Smc (therefore proportional to the volume consumed), which is fixed-price.

 

Specifically, the Pfix will amount to €144/POD/year (VAT and taxes excluded), to be paid on a monthly basis, while the Pvol will be €3.0000/Smc (VAT and taxes excluded).

 

The price of the gas raw material component (Pvol) represents approximately 64% of the total gas expenditure (excluding VAT and taxes) for a typical domestic customer with annual consumption of 1,400 Smc.

What information and documents are required to activate the offer?

Subscribing to the offer is simple, just have the following ready:

  • your VAT number or tax code;
  • the POD code (for electricity supply) or the PDR code (for natural gas supply). Alternatively, you can enter the 9-digit Customer Code shown on the meter display or on the bills of the previous supply holder;
  • the meter reading;
  • your IBAN, if you want the bill to be debited from your bank account.

You will receive the contract kit through your chosen channel (by email or post).
In case of a first activation or reactivation, to complete the activation you will need to send us:

  • the attached forms, correctly filled out;
  • copy of a valid identity document.

You can monitor the progress of your request directly in your Reserved Area, under “Your requests.” If you need help, you can contact one of our agents via chat and receive all the guidance you need.

How does the bill work?

The Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Condomini offer includes electronic invoicing. By activating the BollettaWeb service, the electronic invoice will be sent directly to the email address provided. It is also possible to receive the bill in paper format by regular mail at no additional cost by making an explicit request.

The invoice will be sent with the frequency indicated in the CGF, according to the type of supply.

If the invoice is received in electronic format and paid via direct debit (“SDD Procedure”), a discount will be applied as defined in the CGF.

How do you want to pay your bill?

You can choose how you pay your bill and change payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
A quick way to keep track of your payments is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill is due. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the deadline, so you have plenty of time to check it.

  • online with the IO app or via the website/app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
  • locally at one of the physical channels reporting to Enel Energia (Enel Enabled Space); 
  • locally at banks, ATMs, post offices, supermarkets and all authorised physical points.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, or your PayPal account.

We confirm that when you use one of these channels you will not have to send a receipt! We will automatically register your payment.

How is the security deposit calculated?

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the final adjustment bill, is calculated according to the number of cubic metres.

Should you withdraw from the contract, repayment of the deposit is increased by the legal interest rate.

How does withdrawal from Enel Energia work?

You can withdraw from your contract with Enel Energia at any time and without any charge by choosing a new Supplier, who will complete the withdrawal process on your behalf and in your name, in accordance with the procedures laid down by the regulations in force.
In the event of withdrawal from the power supply in the first 12 months after activation, the list price of the gas raw material component will be applied for the remaining months. For more information please see the "General Terms and Conditions of Supply".

Consumer Rights

Suppliers must comply with specific quality standards in their dealings with customers; otherwise, they are required to pay compensation, as established in Annex A of ARERA Resolution no. 413/2016/R/com (hereinafter "TIQV"). In addition, all sales companies follow specific rules of conduct in compliance with the provisions of the Commercial Code of Conduct (Resolution 104/2010 and subsequent amendments). Out-of-court dispute resolution

To resolve any disputes with the Supplier related to the supply contract, the Customer may activate the following out-of-court dispute resolution procedures:

  • the conciliation procedure of the Energy Customer Conciliation Service, managed by Acquirente Unico on behalf of the Authority. The access procedures, terms, and operation of the service can be found on the website https://www.arera.it/it/consumatori/conciliazione.htm. This procedure is free of charge;

  • the Joint Negotiation procedure established between the Supplier and Consumer Associations that are part of the National Council of Consumers and Users and have joined the agreement. The access procedures, terms, and operation of the joint negotiation can also be found on the website https://www.arera.it/it/consumatori/conciliazione.htm. This procedure is free of charge;

  • the Civil Mediation procedure through Mediation Bodies registered in the ADR list of the Authority and through Chambers of Commerce that have signed the Convention with Unioncamere. The list of Mediation Bodies registered in the ADR list of the Authority and the Chambers of Commerce that have joined the Convention, where conciliation attempts can take place, is also available at http://www.autorita.energia.it/it/consumatori/conciliazione.htm.

These procedures can be activated only after submitting a complaint to the Supplier and receiving no response, or if the response received is deemed unsatisfactory by the Customer. All information regarding out-of-court dispute resolution procedures is also available at www.enel.it.

What is the cooling-off period and how does it work?

You can exercise your right of to change your mind, prior to contract activation without giving reasons and without any additional charges, up to fourteen days after conclusion of the contract. This period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded through agents or agencies.

To request the application of the right to change your mind, send the relevant form, which you will find attached to the contract, to one of our contact channels. For electricity and/or gas supply only, you can do this through a simple recorded telephone call to our toll-free number 800 900 860.

 

If, when signing the contract, you choose early activation of the supply, the activation time may be reduced and it will no longer be possible to exercise the right to change your mind once the relevant supply has commenced or once the new conditions of the new contract have been applied (in the case of a product change with Enel Energia).


Important: In the event of a product change, the right to change your mind can only be applied in writing.
