When is it possible to join the offer?

The offer is reserved for those with an active supply who are switching from another electricity supplier or who wish to request a transfer of ownership with a supplier change. In the case of a transfer of ownership with a supplier change, you can subscribe to the offer free of charge by contacting one of our operators via the live chat dedicated to our services.

The 40% discount on the list price of the energy component, applied for the first 12 months of supply, is reserved for customers coming from the Servizio di Maggior Tutela (Greater Protection Service).

The end of the Servizio di Maggior Tutela for electricity for non-vulnerable customers is set for 01/07/24. Discover the details in the dedicated article.

Those switching from the free market can subscribe to the Enel Fix Luce offer at full price. Enel Energia will carry out the necessary checks on the customer's origin market, after which it will inform the customer of the actual application of the above-mentioned discount. The customer retains the right to withdraw from this offer at any time and without any charges.

How to switch from another supplier

  • activation is free of charge;
  • no work is required on your systems or meter;
  • the switch will be effective in about 2 to 3 months, the time needed for the checks required by current regulations.

To request Enel Fix Luce, you only need:

  • a bill;
  • your tax code;
  • your IBAN, if you want to have the bill charged to your bank account.
Bolletta Web or paper bill?

You decide how to receive your bill. You have two options: online or paper bill.

With Bolletta Web, you receive your bills in digital format directly in your email inbox. This way, you contribute to the environment by reducing paper usage.

For the methods of issuing the invoice valid for tax purposes and the related delivery methods, please refer to Article 14 of the CGF.

What does the energy cost consist of?

The price indicated above and related to the energy component represents approximately 45% of the total electricity expense (excluding VAT and taxes) for a typical domestic resident customer with:

  • 3 kW of committed power
  • annual consumption of 2000 kWh

For more details, consult the expense breakdown on the bill.

In addition, the customer is required to pay the retail sales cost (CCV Luce) equal to €144/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid monthly.

The remaining cost components—dispatching fee, fee covering the net cost of capacity procurement, an imbalance component equal to 2% of the Single National Price (PUN), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for transportation and meter management service, system charges, and network losses—are applied as defined, published, and periodically updated by ARERA and as specified in the Technical and Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE). Upon expiration of the validity period of these fees, Enel Energia may communicate new values. This communication will be sent according to the procedures and timing set out in Article 7.2 of the CGF.

How do you want to pay your bill?

You can choose how you pay your bill and change payment method whenever you want.

What is the cooling-off period and how does it work?

You can exercise your right to change your mind, prior to contract activation without giving reasons and without any additional charges, up to fourteen days after conclusion of the contract. This period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded through agents or agencies.

Important: In the event of a product change, the right to change your mind can only be applied in writing.
