How does e-monitor work?

With monitoring the consumption of household appliances in your home you will be able to have greater awareness of your habits and you will be able to have an intelligent and easy-to-use tool for understand as best as possible how to save on your consumption.

With e-monitor, just a few minutes will be enough to create your personalized profile, answering a few simple questions about your consumption habits and the type of equipment you have at home. In this way you will immediately have a complete overview of the improvement actions that you can implement to reduce electricity consumption, while at the same time giving you the concrete value of how much you could save by adopting the suggested advice.

With e-monitor you will be able to:

Start monitoring your consumption with e-monitor

Understanding and improving your consumption habits is simple thanks to e-monitor, a tool you can rely on at any time to keep your home's energy under control.

To consult e-monitor, available free of charge for all Enel Energia customers who have activated an electricity offer for the home, simply access your personal area directly from Customer Area of the site enel.it. If you have a 2G meter, simply select the detail of one of your active supplies, click on "Consumption monitoring" and finally on "Enter Now". If, however, you have a 1G meter, you can do so by clicking on "Discover your consumption" which you find on the Supply Card. It is important to remember that in order to take advantage of e-monitor, whether you have a 2G or 1G meter, it is necessary to authorize the service upon first access.  

In this way, you will have access to your personalized dashboard with which to interact and have an overview of your consumption per appliance and an opportunity to better manage your energy

1. The comparison with the previous calendar year is available only for the periods in which the customer is served by Enel Energia for the relevant supply . If you became a customer of Enel Energia on a date subsequent to January 1st of the previous year, the comparison will be available starting from the date of activation of the supply with Enel Energia.
2. The term zone means a geographical area that includes supplies belonging to your municipality or city; remember that in some cases a larger area could also be taken into consideration (multiple municipalities or cities).
3. Expenditure relating to the energy component for the consumption of kWh. Taxes, VAT and other charges contractually foreseen and applied in the bill are excluded.
