To safeguard the health of our Customers and contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus, in compliance with the provisions of the Prime Minister’s Decree (DPCM) of 09/03/2020, applied to the entire national territory, all Spazio Enel locations across Italy have been closed. See the regulations here.
We remind you that you can manage many operations from home by logging into your Customer Area from your PC or using tools such as the App provided by Enel Energia to easily and quickly manage your power and gas supply.
Furthermore, our customer service is available every day from Monday to Sunday (excluding national holidays) from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The toll-free number 800900860 is free of charge, even from mobile phones.

To access the Customer Area, go to the website and click on the icon of the person in the top right corner: enter your details to register or log in. Within seconds you’ll be able to view all details and information linked to your account.
