Levels of Commercial Quality
The standards
With Resolution 413/2016/R/com, the Authority for Electricity, Gas and the Water System (ARERA) introduced commercial quality standards for electricity and gas suppliers. Under Article 37, all supply companies have to publish the following on their websites:
- the commercial quality levels to be maintained;
- the automatic compensation specified in the event of failure to comply with the quality levels;
- the results for the previous year.
