What is the Enel Account?
With the creation of the Enel Account, Enel has introduced a new way to access the services available on the Enel X Way website, the Enel On Your Way, Yourban and ForFriends App, and on the Enel Energia website and App. Through a single pair of credentials (username and password) you can access all the services that Enel makes available to you without the need to register for each service separately. Simply log in to your user page, enter your credentials, accept the terms and conditions and follow the guided procedure.
How do I create an Account?
Click on Log in if you already have an Enel Group Account and complete the account by entering your data. Otherwise, click on Register and enter your First Name, Last Name, Email and Password. You will receive an email to confirm your registration.
How do I activate the Account?
Simply log in to your user page, register either on the Enel X Way site, Enel On Your Way, Yourban and ForFriends App or alternatively on the Enel Energia site and App by following the guided procedure.
Do I have to activate my Account?
When you register on the Enel X Way website, in the Enel On Your Way, Yourban and ForFriends App or the Enel Energia website and App, the account created will correspond to your Enel Account.
What first-time credentials are needed to access the Account?
You can access the account using the credentials that until now you were using to access the Enel X Way site, or those you were using to access the Enel On Your Way, Yourban or ForFriends App, if you were previously registered. You can even use the credentials you were using to access the reserved area of the Enel Energia site or app.
I received an email from Enel X Way to complete an action via my web account but I need an Enel Account to do this.
To access the reserved area of the Enel X Way site, Enel On Your Way App, Yourban and ForFriends, you need to log in through the Enel Account and accept the new terms and conditions. With a few simple clicks you can get your new account and complete the action that you logged in for.
What are the advantages of the Account?
Using the Account you can access all the services that the companies of the Enel Group included in the account (specifically Enel Energia, Enel X Way and Enel X) make available to you online with a single username and a single password. You can get information and manage your home energy supply or use Enel X Way and Enel X services through the same account. You are at the centre of the Enel world.

Don't worry, you can call the toll-free number 800.069.850, available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If you are an Enel Energia customer, call 800.900.860, which is available from Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The web account of a relative/acquaintance of mine was created using my email. Can I create two different accounts or should I merge them?
After you have logged in for the first time and created your Account, we will inform you that we have found other accounts with the same email, relating to different persons. You will not be able to merge them with your Account, but you can re-register and create a new account with a different e-mail address.
