The personal data processed are those that you voluntarily provide when completing the request form for the contact service (e.g., first name, last name, contact data such as telephone number and email) in order to receive information on Enel Energia offers. These data will be used to contact you within three working days of completing this form.

You are kindly reminded that you may exercise your rights under Art. 15-22 GDPR, where applicable, by sending a request to the email address: privacy.enelenergia@enel.com. These rights may also be exercised by contacting our Customer Service at 800.900.860.
