The more time you spend with us, the higher your level: the more services you have active with us and the more time we spend together, the higher your loyalty level will be.

How does it work?
It’s very easy. When you join the initiative, the more services you already have active with us (Electricity, Gas, Fiber and products), the higher the loyalty level assigned to you will be. But there’s more: the more time you spend with us, the more you move up in level. Each level of the ENELtiPREMIA program allows you to receive more and more benefits. But how many levels are there?
Essential Level
For customers with an active domestic supply contract (Electricity, Gas or Fiber). Every week, depending on the level, there will be many coupons available and the opportunity to take part in competitions and exclusive experiences.
Moving up a level is easy: simply take out new Electricity, Gas and/or Fiber contracts, purchase products such as boilers, air conditioners or photovoltaic systems, and continue to be an Enel customer to enjoy all the benefits offered.
Excellent Level
For customers with two active domestic supply contracts (Electricity, Gas or Fiber). Every week, depending on the level, there will be many coupons available and the opportunity to take part in competitions and exclusive experiences.
Moving up a level is easy: simply take out new Electricity, Gas and/or Fiber contracts, purchase products such as boilers, air conditioners or photovoltaic systems, and continue to be an Enel customer to enjoy all the benefits offered.
Exclusive Level
For customers who meet at least one of the following conditions:
with at least one active domestic supply contract (Electricity, Gas or Fiber) and who have purchased boilers, air conditioners, and photovoltaic systems at least 24 months from the date of joining the program;
with at least one active domestic supply contract (Electricity, Gas or Fiber) and who will purchase boilers, air conditioners or photovoltaic systems during the period of validity of the program;
with three or more active domestic supply contracts (Electricity, Gas or Fiber), or with at least one active domestic supply contract (Electricity, Gas or Fiber) with seniority greater than or equal to 10 years.

How are points collected?
In addition to enjoying the benefits that Enel has designed for you, you can also take part in the ENELtiPREMIA Points Collection, which allows you to redeem rewards from the catalogue.
Earning points is simple and intuitive: all you need to do is continue choosing our Energy. In fact, points are earned through many actions:
the time spent together as a customer;
the activation of new Electricity/Gas/Fiber contracts for your home;
the activation of services to conveniently manage your supplies (e.g. Bolletta Web);
the purchase of new Enel products and services;
participation in surveys.
You can collect points until 31 July 2026 and use them until 2 November 2026. The rewards you can choose from are part of a wide and varied catalogue: bill bonuses, gift cards, physical rewards and much more. Take part to discover which reward is right for you!
