ENELtiPREMIA has arrived, the new free loyalty program designed for those who choose Enel energy every day. The mechanism is simple: the longer you stay with us, the more we reward you. Let’s explore it together!

What is ENELtiPREMIA?

ENELtiPREMIA is Enel’s new loyalty program that rewards customer engagement with increasing benefits based on the number of active contracts, products purchased, and the time spent together, offering personalized rewards and advantages according to each customer’s level of involvement.

Who is ENELtiPREMIA for?

If you are an Enel customer with at least one active supply contract, you can easily access the new loyalty program.

 

How to join

Joining the program is easy—just sign up for free through the Enel Energia App, on the website enel.it, at Enel stores, or by calling the toll-free number 800 900 860.

How does the ENELtiPREMIA program work?

How does it work? It’s very simple. The more products you have active with us (electricity, gas, fiber, and other products), the higher your loyalty level will be. And each level comes with increasing, exclusive, and personalized benefits.
Each level of the ENELtiPREMIA program lets you enjoy progressively greater rewards.

 

Essential level

For customers with a domestic supply contract (electricity, gas, or fiber) active for less than 10 years from the date of enrollment in the program;

 

Excellent level

For customers with two domestic supply contracts (electricity, gas, or fiber) active for less than 10 years from the date of enrollment in the program;

 

Exclusive level

For customers who meet one of the following conditions:

  • Have at least one active domestic supply contract (electricity, gas, or fiber) and have purchased boilers, air conditioners, or photovoltaic systems at least 24 months before enrolling in the program;
  • Have at least one active domestic supply contract (electricity, gas, or fiber) and will purchase boilers, air conditioners, or photovoltaic systems during the program’s validity period;
  • Have three or more active domestic supply contracts (electricity, gas, or fiber), or have at least one active domestic supply contract (electricity, gas, or fiber) with a duration of 10 years or more.

Each week, depending on your loyalty level, there will be many coupons available and opportunities to participate in contests and exclusive experiences.

 

Moving up levels is easy: just subscribe to new electricity, gas, and/or fiber contracts, purchase products like boilers, air conditioners, or photovoltaic systems, and continue being an Enel customer to enjoy all the benefits offered.

 

Points Collection

 

In addition to enjoying the benefits Enel has designed for you, you can also participate in the ENELtiPREMIA Points Collection, valid until November 2, 2026, which allows you to redeem rewards from the catalog.

 

Earning points is simple and intuitive: just keep choosing our energy. Points are earned through various actions, such as:

  • The time you have been our customer;

  • Activating new electricity, gas, or fiber contracts for your home;

  • Activating services to manage your supplies conveniently (e.g., e-billing);

  • Purchasing new Enel products and services;

  • Participating in surveys.

Starting July 1, if you activate ENELtiPREMIA at one of the Enel stores, you will immediately receive 100 extra points.

 

You can accumulate points until July 31, 2026, and use them until November 2, 2026. The rewards you can choose from come from a wide and varied catalog: bill credits, gift cards, physical prizes, and much more. Join in to discover the reward that suits you!

ENEL ti PREMIA with Energy Contest
