Starting April 1, ENELtiPREMIA is renewed with a new rewards catalog for members of the points program. In addition to bill bonuses, 25 new rewards from well-known and established brands are now available, turning your points into tangible benefits.

How does it work?

It’s very simple. At the time of joining the initiative, the more services you already have active with us (Power, Gas, Fiber and products), the higher the loyalty level assigned to you. But that’s not all: the more time you spend with us, the more you level up. Each level of the ENELtiPREMIA program allows you to receive more and more advantages. But how many levels are there?

Essential Level

For customers with an active domestic supply contract (Power, Gas or Fiber). Every week, depending on the level, there will be a coupon available and the possibility to participate in competitions and exclusive experiences.

 

Moving up a level is easy: simply subscribe to new Power, Gas and/or Fiber contracts, purchase products such as boilers, air conditioners or Photovoltaic systems, and continue to be an Enel customer to enjoy all the advantages offered.

Excellent Level

For customers with two active domestic supply contracts (Power, Gas or Fiber). Every week, depending on the level, there will be a coupon available each week and a special coupon tailored to your purchases, in addition to the possibility to participate in competitions and exclusive experiences.

 

Moving up a level is easy: simply subscribe to new Power, Gas and/or Fiber contracts, purchase products such as boilers, air conditioners or Photovoltaic systems, and continue to be an Enel customer to enjoy all the advantages offered.

Exclusive Level

For customers who meet at least one of the following conditions:

  • with at least one active domestic supply contract (Power, Gas or Fiber) and who have purchased boilers, air conditioners, and Photovoltaic systems for at least 24 months from the date of joining the program;
  • with at least one active domestic supply contract (Power, Gas or Fiber) and who will purchase boilers, air conditioners or Photovoltaic systems during the validity period of the program;
  • with three or more active domestic supply contracts (Power, Gas or Fiber), or with at least one active domestic supply contract (Power, Gas or Fiber) with a duration greater than or equal to 10 years.

Every week, there will be a coupon available and, every two weeks, a special coupon tailored to your purchases, in addition to many other surprises.

How are points collected?

In addition to benefiting from the advantages that Enel has designed for you, you can also take part in the ENELtiPREMIA Points Collection, which will allow you to request rewards from the catalogue.

 

Accumulating points is simple and intuitive: you just need to continue choosing our Energy. In fact, points are earned through many actions:

  • the time spent together as a customer;
  • the activation of new Power/Gas/Fiber contracts for your home;
  • the activation of services to manage your supplies conveniently (e.g. Bolletta Web);
  • the purchase of new Enel products and services;
  • participation in surveys.

You can accumulate points until 31 July 2026 and use them until 2 November 2026. The rewards you can choose from are part of a wide and varied catalogue: bill bonuses, gift cards, physical rewards and much more. Take part to discover which reward is right for you!
