Free meetings on Energy, bills and sustainability: the Enel program that reached 40 cities in one year.

Since April 2025, Enel Energy Bar has been bringing a concrete opportunity to Italian territories to talk about Energy in a simple and direct way. One year after its launch, it is time to tell what happened, what people asked and why this type of meeting continues to make sense.

What is Enel Energy Bar?

Energy Bar is a program of training and in-depth meetings that Enel organizes directly in selected Spazi Enel and Spazi Enel Partner throughout Italy. The format is designed to be accessible: no registration obligation, no insider language, but real conversations on topics that concern the daily life of those who have a bill to pay, a home to heat or simply want to understand how the Energy market works.

The project stems from a precise idea: closeness to customers is not measured only in contracts or apps, but also in the quality of dialogue. Energy Bar is the place where Energy is told, understood and experienced.

What is discussed: the topics that matter

Energy Bar meetings do not follow a rigid script, but are structured around a precise thematic core, made up of questions that people really ask themselves.

In just one year, Energy Bar transformed Energy from an abstract concept into a concrete experience for thousands of people. Not an advertising campaign, but a path of listening and training distributed throughout the national territory.

A project that crosses Italy

One of the most significant elements of Energy Bar is its geographical distribution. The program did not focus only on the large cities of the North or the most populated provincial capitals: 16 regions involved means that the initiative reached very different contexts, from metropolitan areas to medium-sized centres, with an explicit focus on capillarity.

Talking about Energy in the territories means meeting people with very different needs, consumption habits and degrees of familiarity with the topic. And it is precisely this variety that makes the meetings useful: there is no homogeneous audience, and the Energy Bar format is built to adapt.
