What is Enel Casa?
Enel Casa is the free service by Enel Energia that allows Enel to recognize the consumption of your appliances and set the Energy component to zero directly in your bill. For you, it will be like purchasing a Samsung appliance with an included Energy package! At present, the service is available for Samsung washing machines sold by Enel Energia and offers you 180 kWh with the Energy component free for your washing machine consumption, to be used within 2 years, with no time constraints, equivalent to 330 washing cycles.
Calculation based on historical data available to Samsung relating to the average consumption per washing cycle, assumed to be 0.539 kWh/cycle. Tests conducted by Samsung on model WW11BB944AGB under normal usage conditions. Results may vary depending on actual use
Do I need to be an Enel customer to join?
Yes, the service is reserved for Enel Energia Power customers in the free market (PLACET offers, Gradual Protections, Ore Free, Virtual Solar and Enel Drive Fix Power are excluded). The 100% discount on the Energy component of the 180 kWh dedicated to washing machine consumption will be applied directly in the bill, on the Enel Energy supply identified by the POD indicated during the service subscription phase.
Can I use my Enel Casa Energy package at any time?
Yes, the consumption with the free Energy component provided by the Enel Casa service has no time constraints.
Is the Enel Casa Energy package usable on any appliance?
No, each Enel Casa Energy package is related to the consumption of a specific appliance. At present, the service can be activated on Samsung washing machines purchased with Enel. As soon as your washing machine arrives at your home, connect it to the SmartThings App and follow all the necessary steps to activate the service on your Enel Power supply. In order for the consumption with the free Energy component to be recognized in the bill, the washing machine must be connected to the internet and installed at the supply identified by the POD indicated during the service subscription.
How is the service activated?
If your Enel Power supply is active and your Samsung washing machine has arrived at your home, connect it to the internet via the SmartThings App and follow the steps to activate the Enel Casa service
Until when can I use the Energy included in my Enel Casa package?

Where can I view my washing machine consumption?
You can monitor them directly in the Samsung SmartThings App or in the details of your Enel bill. You can view the details of your bill in the Enel App, in the “Bills” section, by clicking on “download detailed bill”, or by requesting it via email. To request the detailed Enel Web bill, access the online Customer Area, selecting the supply and the desired bill or, alternatively, you can visit an Enel store or contact the number 140.
What happens if I change electricity provider?
In the event of termination of the Enel Power contract, the Enel Casa service is automatically deactivated and you will lose the right to benefit from the discount on the subsequent consumption of your washing machine.
“Enel Casa” service by Enel Energia can be activated by 30/04/2026: 100% discount on the Energy component for up to 180 kWh over 2 years, equivalent to 330 washing cycles. Tests conducted by Samsung on model WW11BB944AGB under normal usage conditions. Results may vary depending on actual use.
