Apartment photovoltaic system Enel Sun Plug&Play 0.37 kWp, guaranteed for 10 years. Ideal for those who want a photovoltaic system but live in an apartment. Simple and quick to install on your balcony, it connects to the grid via a power plug with a dedicated socket that meets the requirements set out in standard CEI 0-21, allowing immediate savings on household electricity consumption.

The photovoltaic system has a nominal power of 300 Wp, and the solution includes:

• 1 photovoltaic module with 370 Wp power (Conventional Warranty: 12 years on the product and 25 years on performance)
• Zucchetti/Tsun Micro Inverter with integrated monitoring system (10-year warranty)
• Support structure equipped with railing bracket (Conventional Warranty: 10 years)

Monitoring

Thanks to a wattmeter installed in the system’s protection panel, the system’s production will be recorded and can be viewed at any time.

Required conditions

• Availability of a dedicated power socket that is visually distinguishable from other sockets in the user's electrical system (where the qualified installer has provided a dedicated circuit from the distribution board) 

• Type of parapet with straight metal railing, built according to relevant technical standards, and capable of withstanding a horizontal force of at least 200 kg/m. If this is not verified, purchasing the self-supporting railing kit is mandatory.

• The maximum width of the railing (including handrail) must be between a minimum of 75 mm and a maximum of 120 mm, with a maximum handrail height of 70 mm. If the thickness is between a minimum of 30 mm and a maximum of 75 mm, the long railing kit must be purchased.

• Prior notification to the condominium regarding the installation of a photovoltaic system serving one’s own apartment, on the railing/parapet of one’s own balcony, in accordance with the legal provision set out in Art. 1122 bis of the Civil Code.
