Enel Vera Gas offer with monthly fee. For example, size XS of €49/month (VAT and taxes included for resident customers), includes: gas raw material component €0.45/Smc for consumption within the threshold of 300 Smc/year and €0.65/Smc for consumption above the threshold; CCV €180/PDR/year, stable and guaranteed prices for three years. Other expense components included in the instalment, balancing method applicable to volumes and updates of other expense components and other information as per CTE.

Why does it pay off?
You pay the same instalment every month! The fee, including VAT and all expenditure items, is fixed for 3 years from the date of activation of the supply. You can choose from 5 sizes based on your annual consumption and ask for a size change whenever you want. At the end of the year, if you consume less, we refund the difference. If you consume more, you will be charged for the extra Sm3 consumed and the amount will be spread over one or more bills. What this means is that you will always be in control of your monthly spending.
Clear contract
Enel Energia may inform you of any new economic conditions that will apply with at least three months' notice in writing. If the customer does not wish to accept the new economic conditions, they may withdraw from the contract by switching to a new supplier. Economic conditions valid until 16/12/2025.

Details

When is it possible to join the offer?

You can join Enel Rata Vera Gas if you come from another supplier, if you have to reactivate a deactivated meter (takeover) or carry out a switchover.

How to switch from another supplier

If you come from another supplier, then it is very simple to join Enel Rata Vera Gas. All you need to know is:

  • there are no costs for contract activation;
  • no work is required on the installations or the meter;
  • the transfer will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the month in which the contract was concluded.

To apply for Enel Rata Vera Gas all you need is:

  • a bill;
  • your tax ID code.

With Bolletta Web your bills will be sent in digital format, straight to your inbox. You thus make a contribution to the environment by reducing the use of paper.

Your summary bill will be issued on a monthly basis.

How do you want to pay your bill?

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the fastest way to keep track of your payments.

You receive your bill 15 days before the due date, giving you time to make sure that the amount is correct. Payment is automatically taken on the due date.

The real advantage is that you do not pay a security deposit. What is more, your previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you paid it.

You avoid queues at counters and do not have to remember deadlines.

What does the fixed monthly fee consist of?

The fixed monthly fee is inclusive of all items of expenditure as set out below:

1) Raw material gas expenditure includes:

  • the price for the gas raw material component of €0.45/Sm3 for all subscription plans within the set threshold;
  • the CCV gas fee, differentiated according to the chosen subscription plan: XS  €180/PDR/year, S €186/PDR/year, M  €228/PDR/year, L €180/PDR/year, XL  €170/PDR/year . 

2) The Expenditure for transportation and meter management service and the Admin charges (as indicated in Annex A of ARERA Resolution no. ARG/gas 64/09, as subsequently amended and supplemented - Integrated Text for retail sales activities of natural gas and gas other than natural gas distributed through urban networks (TIVG) and in the Annex to ARERA Resolution no. 737/2022/R/gas as subsequently amended and supplemented - Gas Distribution and Metering Services Tariff Regulation for the regulatory period 2020 - 2025 (RTDG) are made up of the fees payable by Enel Energia for gas transportation, distribution and metering services and the system admin charges as defined, published and updated by ARERA for the tariff area in which the supply point falls. Any fees applied, based on the Customer's arrears, on the gas supply in accordance with ARERA Resolution 593/2017/R/com as amended and supplemented. For the determination of the fee, the values for the Lazio-Campania tariff area were taken into account (for the month of February), which can be consulted in the attached Summary Sheet in the Other Cost Items section.

All prices and fees stated in items 1) and 2) are exclusive of VAT and taxes.

3) VAT and taxes, also available at enel.it.

The fixed monthly fee does not include the following items (which will in any case be specifically highlighted on the invoice), including optional fees, automatic compensation, interest on arrears, any social bonus from which the customer benefits, and other bonuses and/or extra discounts. In the case of an Offer activated intra-monthly, the monthly fee stipulated in the chosen subscription plan will apply for the first month of supply.

How do I know if I respect the consumption threshold of my plan?

Each month you can check your cumulative consumption up to the billing period directly on your bill and check any deviations from the annual consumption threshold in your plan. If you realise you are close to exceeding the threshold or have already exceeded it, you can always request a size change by contacting Customer Service or going to your nearest Spazio Enel shop.

What happens if I consume more or less than my planned consumption?

At the end of each contract year, an adjustment on actual consumption will be made. In the twelfth invoice, the customer will then be debited or credited with the amounts relating to any consumption above or below the annual threshold set by the chosen subscription plan. Adjustment amounts will be calculated considering:

  • the values of the components periodically updated by Arera for the tariff area in which the supply point falls;
  • a value of the gas raw material component: (i) equal to €0.450/Sm3 for consumption lower than that envisaged in the chosen subscription plan, and (ii) equal to €0.750/Sm3 for consumption higher than that envisaged in the aforementioned plan. Fees are exclusive of VAT and taxes.

In the event of consumption in excess of the annual threshold, Enel Energia reserves the right to spread the excess charge over several bills, during the contractual year following the balance, as follows  amounts up to €30 shall be charged in full in the 12th month bill; for amounts between €30 and €60, the first €30 will be charged in the 12th bill and the remainder in the 13th bill; for amounts between €60 and €90, €30 will be charged in the 12th bill and the remainder will be divided equally between the 13th and 14th bills; for amounts over €90, €30 will be charged in the 12th bill and the remainder will be distributed equally among the next five bills, up to the 17th bill.

The adjustment is also made in the event of withdrawal, termination of supply or change of offer (recontractualisation) in the manner described above. Amounts will then be debited/credited to the customer in one lump sum in the closing invoice.

 

Can I change my plan?

You may request Enel Energia to change your Subscription Plan at any time. In that case, the monthly fee as well as the annual consumption size associated with the new chosen subscription plan will apply. The request can be made to Enel Energia via the company's Customer Service or by going to one of the nearest Spazio Enel shops. The new subscription plan chosen will apply:

  • from the date of contract activation, in the case of a choice in the first 12 months;
  • from the 13th month if the Plan is modified after the first 12 months;

By way of example if, after six months from the date of subscribing to plan 'S' you request a change to plan 'M', the new monthly fee will apply in the first bill following the request for plan adjustment and you will be charged the difference between the new fee and the one that applied for the previous five months. Enel Energia reserves the right, in any event, to propose an adjustment to the plan if any significant discrepancies are found in consumption with respect to the plan chosen when subscribing to the offer or subsequently.

 

What is not included in the fee?

The fixed monthly fee does not include the following items (which will in any case be specifically highlighted on the invoice), including optional fees, automatic compensation, interest on arrears, any social bonus from which the customer benefits, and other bonuses and/or extra discounts.

How does withdrawal from Enel Energia work?

You can withdraw from your contract with Enel Energia at any time and without any charge by choosing a new Supplier, who will complete the withdrawal process on your behalf and in your name, in accordance with the procedures laid down by the regulations in force.

What is the cooling-off period and how does it work?

You can exercise your right of to change your mind, prior to contract activation without giving reasons and without any additional charges, up to fourteen days after conclusion of the contract. This period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded through agents or agencies.

To request the application of the right to change your mind, send the relevant form, which you will find attached to the contract, to one of our contact channels. For electricity and/or gas supply only, you can do this through a simple recorded telephone call to our toll-free number 800 900 860.

 

If, when signing the contract, you choose early activation of the supply, the activation time may be reduced and it will no longer be possible to exercise the right to change your mind once the relevant supply has commenced or once the new conditions of the new contract have been applied (in the case of a product change with Enel Energia).


Important: In the event of a product change, the right to change your mind can only be applied in writing.
