What is the PUN and where can I find it?

The PUN (acronym for National Single Price) is the reference price of electricity purchased on the Italian Electricity Exchange market. The PUN represents the average value of the cost of electricity for each hour and for each day on a national basis. The national figure is an average that takes into account the prices formed in the different areas of Italy and at different times of the day. Knowing the PUN value is easy: simply access the website of the Energy Markets Operator (GME) in the “monthly summary” section.
For further information, see the dedicated PUN page.

How will the installation of the Waybox on a free loan-for-use basis be carried out?

Once you have subscribed to the Enel Drive Flex Power contract with Enel Energia, you will be contacted by an Enel Energia operator to schedule the site inspection required for the installation of the Waybox home charging station at the same supply address as the Enel Drive Flex Power offer. Following a positive outcome, you will then receive the installation of the Waybox within 10 meters from the meter. For installations beyond 10 meters, any additional costs will be estimated by the company during the site inspection.

The free loan-for-use of the Waybox home charging station will automatically terminate in the event of withdrawal and/or termination of the supply contract with Enel Energia.

The cost of uninstalling the Waybox is €305 (VAT included). The customer may choose to pay this amount in a single solution or request installment payment up to a maximum of 36 installments. Alternatively, the customer may proceed with purchasing the Waybox by paying an amount equal to the residual value of the Waybox.
