  • there are no activation costs for the offer;

  • no work is required on your systems or meter;

  • the switch will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the conclusion of the contract.

To request Enel Fix Web Luce, you only need:

  • your tax code.

How does the Bolletta Web service work and how do I pay?

With Enel Fix Web Luce, you help protect nature by subscribing to the “Bolletta Web” service and receiving your bill in digital format directly in your email inbox. And with direct debit from your bank account, you also avoid standing in line to make payments.

How do you want to pay your bill?

You can pay your bill easily and quickly using:

  • Direct debit: the fastest way to always keep your payments under control.
    You receive the bill 15 days before the due date to check that the amount is correct, and the payment is made automatically on the due date.
    The real advantage is that you don’t pay the security deposit. Moreover, your previous supplier will refund the old security deposit if it had been paid.
    You avoid queues at payment counters and don’t have to remember due dates.
  • Credit card

For more details on bill payment methods, please consult the dedicated section on our website.

What does my energy bill consist of?

The price indicated above and related to the energy component represents approximately 39% of the total electricity expense (excluding VAT and taxes) for a typical domestic resident customer with:

  • 3 kW of committed power

  • annual consumption of 2000 kWh

For more details, consult the expense breakdown on the bill.

In addition, the customer is required to pay the retail sales cost (CCV Luce) equal to €114/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid monthly.

The remaining cost components—dispatching fee, the fee covering the net cost of capacity procurement, an imbalance component equal to 2% of the Single National Price (PUN), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for transportation and meter management services, system charges, and network losses—are applied as defined, published, and periodically updated by ARERA and as specified in the Technical and Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE). Upon expiration of the validity period of these fees, Enel Energia may communicate new values. This communication will be sent according to the procedures and timing set out in Article 7.2 of the CGF.

How is the security deposit calculated?

The security deposit, which will be refunded in your final adjustment bill, is calculated based on the capacity of your meter. Specifically, a unit amount of €5.16/kW will be applied.

If you want more information, check the PDF on the amounts charged as a security deposit.

If you terminate the contract, the deposit refund will include the legal interest rate.

How does withdrawal from Enel Energia work?

You may withdraw from your contract with Enel Energia at any time via your supplier when concluding a new contract.
In addition, you may cancel the supply activation request by registered mail, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the contract. For more information please see the "General Terms and Conditions of Supply".

What is the cooling-off period and how does it work?

You can exercise your right to change your mind, prior to contract activation without giving reasons and without any additional charges, up to fourteen days after conclusion of the contract. This period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded through agents or agencies.

To request the application of the right to change your mind, send the relevant form, which you will find attached to the contract, to one of our contact channels. For energy and/or gas supply only, you can do this through a simple recorded telephone call to our toll-free number 800 900 860.

If, when signing the contract, you choose early activation of the supply, the activation time may be reduced and it will no longer be possible to exercise the right to change your mind once the relevant supply has commenced or once the new conditions of the new contract have been applied (in the case of a product change with Enel Energia).

Important: In the event of a product change, the right to change your mind can only be applied in writing.
