*The price refers to the power raw material component only (excluding VAT and taxes) and is stable and secured for the first 24 months. This price includes grid losses, which are applied as defined, published and updated by ARERA.

**The price refers to the marketing and sales fee (Fixed Electricity Fee) which, for the first 24 months of supply, will be €156/POD/year (excluding VAT and taxes) to be paid on a monthly basis.

By immediately activating Enel Move Luce you have the energy component price locked in for the first 2 years of supply and the Enel Move Plus Luce Service from Enel Energia free of charge for 36 months.

We may inform you in writing of the new economic conditions that will apply to you with at least three months' notice. If you do not wish to accept these new economic conditions, you may withdraw from the contract by using a new supplier. The economic conditions are valid until 11/06/26 unless the offer ends early due to availability.

Details

You can join Enel Move Luce if you need to activate a new meter (first activation), reactivate a deactivated meter (take-over) or carry out a switchover.

The service is activated by the first day of the second month following activation of the supply and will be free of charge for the entire duration of the contract. In the event of withdrawal, termination of supply or product change (recontractualisation), the Enel Move Plus Luce service provided by Enel Energia will automatically cease.

If you are switching from another supplier, the process to join Enel Move Luce is very simple. Here’s what you need to know:

there are no activation costs for the offer;
no work is required on your systems or meter;
the switch will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the conclusion of the contract.

To request Enel Move Luce, you only need:

a bill;
your tax code.

You decide how to receive your bill. You have two options: online bill or paper bill.

With Bolletta Web, you receive your bills in digital format directly in your email inbox. This way, you contribute to the environment by reducing paper usage.

For the methods of issuing the invoice valid for tax purposes, the frequency of issuing the summary bill, and the related delivery methods, please refer to Article 9 of the CGF.

You can choose how you pay your bill and change payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the fastest way to keep track of your payments.

You receive your bill 15 days before the due date, giving you time to make sure that the amount is correct. Payment is automatically taken on the due date.

The real advantage is that you do not pay a security deposit. What is more, your previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you paid it.

You avoid queues at counters and do not have to remember deadlines.

online with the IO app or via the website/app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
locally at one of the physical channels reporting to Enel Energia (Enel Enabled Space);
locally at banks, ATMs, post offices, supermarkets and all authorised physical points.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, or your PayPal account.

We confirm that when you use one of these channels you will not have to send a receipt! We will automatically register your payment.

The price indicated above and referring to the energy component represents about 42% of the total energy expenditure (excluding VAT and taxes) of a typical domestic resident customer with:

3 kW installed power
annual consumption of 2000 kWh

The customer is required to pay a marketing and sales fee (CCV power) of €144/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis.

The remaining cost components, dispatching fee, the fee to cover the net capacity supply charge, an imbalance component equal to 2% of the Single National Price (PUN), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and meter management, system charges and grid losses are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical and Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE). At the end of the validity period of the aforementioned fees, Enel Energia may communicate the new values of the fees. This communication will be sent in the manner and time schedule provided for in Art. 7.2. of the GTC.

Many of the services available can be activated by text, which we can use to inform you:

when your bill was issued;
when payment is about to be due;
if the previous bill was correctly paid;
when you can send us your meter reading.

Texts are received free of charge.

You can also send your meter reading and requests for:

updates on the processing status of your contract;
receipt of bills by email;
changes to your personal data (email address, telephone, address...);

The cost for sending texts will depend on your phone tariff plan.

The security deposit, which will be refunded in your final adjustment bill, is calculated based on the capacity of your meter. Specifically, a unit amount of €5.16/kW will be applied.

If you terminate the contract, the deposit refund will include the legal interest rate.

You may withdraw from your contract with Enel Energia at any time via your supplier when concluding a new contract.
In addition, you may cancel the supply activation request by registered mail, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the contract. For more information please see the "General Terms and Conditions of Supply".

You can exercise your right to change your mind, prior to contract activation without giving reasons and without any additional charges, up to fourteen days after conclusion of the contract. This period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded through agents or agencies.

To request the application of the right to change your mind, send the relevant form, which you will find attached to the contract, to one of our contact channels. For energy and/or gas supply only, you can do this through a simple recorded telephone call to our toll-free number 140.

If, when signing the contract, you choose early activation of the supply, the activation time may be reduced and it will no longer be possible to exercise the right to change your mind once the relevant supply has commenced or once the new conditions of the new contract have been applied (in the case of a product change with Enel Energia).

Important: In the event of a product change, the right to change your mind can only be applied in writing.

This product allows anyone who wants to install a renewable system, but cannot do so, to access the self-production of renewable energy.
