The electricity supply contract for the Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Luce Consumer offer is open-ended, and the economic conditions are valid for 12 months from the activation of the supply. The customer always retains the right to withdraw at any time, in compliance with current regulations. Before the expiration of the economic conditions, with at least three months’ notice and a specific communication, Enel Energia will inform the customer of the new economic terms that will apply for the following 12 months, without prejudice to the customer’s right to withdraw from the contract. In the absence of withdrawal by the Customer, the new economic conditions will be considered accepted. The economic conditions of the offer are valid until 28/01/2026.
