Maintenance for Blue Stamp
The routine maintenance of the boiler is carried out by qualified technicians and is aimed at issuing the blue sticker to always be in compliance with the regulations. The cost of the blue sticker, which varies regionally, is not included in the price. You can pay the cost of the sticker directly to the technician, who will purchase it in advance.

If you are an Enel Energia customer, you can choose to pay for the service conveniently in your power or gas bill.
Description
Boiler maintenance service lasting 24 months, at the end of which it is automatically renewed for 12 months in 12 months unless terminated. The customer can request one intervention per year of ordinary boiler maintenance, aimed at issuing the blue sticker. Cost of the blue sticker, regionally differentiated, not included in the price. The stamp is purchased in advance by the plumber in charge and paid directly by the customer.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE of the boiler:
The Customer may request, once in 12 months, the intervention of a specialized technician who will take care of:
- check the tightness of the water part and the gas part;
- check the draft of the flue or wall exhaust;
- clean the burner, check the safety devices and clean the primary exchanger;
- carry out any other checks as indicated in the technical instructions for use and maintenance issued by the installer.
In addition, only for boilers:
- check the operation of the condensate drain, if present;
- clean the filters;
- test the boiler's efficiency;
- check the fumes;
- issue the system booklet/update the existing one and the declaration of maintenance carried out.
The cost of the blue sticker, which varies regionally, is not included in the price of the package. The "stamp" is purchased in advance by the maintenance service provider (thermo-hydraulic) and paid directly by the customer.
EXCLUDED SERVICES:
The Enel Check-up Boiler service cannot be subscribed for:
- boilers with power greater than 35kWboilers under warranty boilers not correctly installed or not working in a residential unit subject to other building or system works (reference Legislative Decree 81/08);
- systems not installed in compliance with the regulations in force on the matter (reference UNI CIG 7129 and UNI CIG 7131 regulations).
Furthermore, we will not be able to intervene in any case on: parts of the system pertaining to the Distributor; parts of the system pertaining to condominiums and/or municipalities; requests for failure to supply gas by the Distributor; requests to adapt the systems to legal obligations, regulations and any other applicable and current legal provision boilers and systems under warranty faults caused by or dependent on floods, inundations, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, atmospheric phenomena with characteristics of natural disasters, phenomena of transmutation of the nucleus of the atom, radiation caused by the artificial acceleration of atomic particles faults caused by or dependent on wars, strikes, revolutions, riots or popular movements, insurrections, looting, acts of terrorism and vandalism; faults caused by fraud or gross negligence of the Customer.
Services Included in Ordinary Maintenance

Not in the Service
The following are excluded from the Ordinary Maintenance intervention:
- payment of the regional tax (stamp)
- systems pertaining to condominiums and/or communal
- parts of the system pertaining to the natural gas distributor
- costs of the material necessary for any replacements
- costs relating to the certificates of conformity required by law or requested by the natural gas distributor or by the person selling natural gas to the end customer
Furthermore, we will not be able to intervene in any case on:
- boilers with power greater than 35kW
- boilers under warranty
- boilers incorrectly installed or not working
- housing unit subject to other building or system works (reference D.L. 81/08)
- systems not installed in compliance with the regulations in force on the matter (reference to UNI CIG 7129 and UNI CIG 7131 regulations)
