Two-year service. After the first 24 months, the service will be automatically renewed for 12 months in 12 months unless the customer withdraws.
The customer will have:

• Dedicated Call Center and access to a network of specialized technicians present throughout Italy to request up to two free repair interventions per year in the plumbing, electrical, gas, heating, air conditioning and cooling, locks and glass sectors, each with a value of €500 VAT included (call-out fee, labor and spare parts included). The free interventions included and excluded in the offer are reported in the attached document.
  Some of the services included include:
  • water leaks or pipe blockages;
  • issues with switches, plugs and electrical sockets;
  • inability to access the home, lost or broken keys, and malfunctioning locks;
  • boiler breakdowns affecting hot water supply;
  • faults in fixed air conditioners involving the electronic board, motor and refrigeration system.
• Possibility to request repairs at discounted rates in the fields of plumbing, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning and climate control, locks and glass. The preferential rates are:
  
  • €29.00 VAT included, per trip
  • €38.00 VAT included, for each hour of labor plus any costs for spare parts
