How do I activate a business offer?

 

Activating a business offer is very simple: there is no charge for activation, and no intervention is required on either the systems or the meter. All VAT-registered users (free-lance professionals, companies, retailers and traders) using low-voltage (LV) energy supplies (under 25 kW) are eligible for business offers.

 

To apply for a business offer, you need:

  • your VAT registration number or tax ID code

  • POD code of your meter

  • IBAN code, if paying by direct debit.
