Energy component composed of: PUN Index GME (wholesale price of the energy component) + consumption-based contribution (α). If the value of the PUN Index GME exceeds the maximum threshold of €0.138/kWh, the billed price of the PUN Index GME will be equal to that threshold. VAT and taxes excluded.

*consumption-based contribution (α) includes network losses, excluding VAT and taxes, to be added to the wholesale price of the energy component (PUN Index GME). The PUN Index GME, excluding VAT and taxes, will be increased by network losses. Network losses are applied as defined and published by ARERA.

**The price refers to the electricity marketing and sales fee (Fixed Electricity Fee) of €204/POD/year (excluding VAT and taxes), payable on a monthly basis. The fees related to the consumption-based contribution and the Fixed Electricity Fee, as well as the cap on the PUN Index GME, are valid for 12 months from the supply activation date.

 

The economic conditions are valid until 28/04/26, unless the offer is terminated early due to exhaustion of the related availability.

Flexible offer

With Enel Flex Control Business Luce, you pay the energy component at the wholesale price (PUN Index GME), applied as a monthly average and defined on a monthly basis, with the addition of a small consumption-based contribution (α), fixed for the first 12 months from the supply activation date. If the value of the PUN Index GME exceeds the maximum threshold, the billed PUN Index GME price will be equal to that threshold.

What is PUN?

The PUN, or National Single Price, is the reference price of electricity recorded on the Italian electricity exchange. As of January 1, 2025, the PUN has been replaced by the PUN Index GME, which is the weighted average of electricity prices across the different zones of Italy, taking into account the quantities of energy sold and the time-of-use bands.

How to activate Enel Flex Control Business Luce

Activating Enel Fix Business Luce is very simple:

  • there is no need to intervene on your installations or your meter;
  • activation is free of charge. 

Enel Flex Control Business Luce is available to:

  • all VAT-registered users (professionals, companies, retailers and traders) using low-voltage (LV) energy supplies.

To apply for Enel Fix Business Luce please have the following handy:

  • your VAT registration number or tax ID code;
  • the POD code of your meter;
  • IBAN code, if paying by direct debit.
When is it possible to join this offer?

You can join Enel Flex Control Business Luce if you want to switch to Enel Energia from another energy supplier or if you want to change contract with a new supplier. In the case of a contract change and a new supplier you can join the offer, free of charge, by contacting one of our operators via the live chat dedicated to our services.

How does the Bolletta Web service work and how do I pay?

With Enel Flex Control Business Luce, you help protect nature by joining the “Bolletta Web” service and receiving your invoice in digital format directly in your email inbox. And with direct debit from your bank account, you also avoid standing in line to make payments.

How do you want to pay your bill?

You can choose how you pay your bill and change payment method whenever you want.
Payments can be made via:

Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the fastest way to keep track of your payments.

You receive your bill 15 days before the due date, giving you time to make sure that the amount is correct. Payment is automatically taken on the due date.

The real advantage is that you do not pay a security deposit. What is more, your previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you paid one.

You avoid queues at counters and do not have to remember deadlines.

  • online with the IO app or via the website/app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
  • locally at one of the physical channels reporting to Enel Energia (enabled Enel Space);

From the Enel Energia portal, registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, or your PayPal account.

We can confirm that when you use one of these channels you will not have to send a receipt! We will automatically register your payment.

What does my energy bill consist of?

The offer includes a price composed of:

  • an energy component price, excluding VAT and taxes, equal to the National Single Price (PUN Index GME), defined on a monthly basis. This corresponds to the monthly arithmetic average values of the PUN Index GME, expressed in Euro/kWh, as determined by the Energy Market Operator (GME) and published on the GME website. This price will be increased by network losses, applied as defined, published, and updated by ARERA.
    If, exclusively with reference to the twelve months from the application of the present CTE conditions, the value of the PUN Index GME exceeds the value indicated in the CTE, the billed energy component price will be capped at that value.

  • a consumption-based contribution (α), excluding VAT and taxes and including network losses, fixed for the first 12 months. This is added to the energy component price (PUN Index GME) as described above and represents the share of raw material costs not covered by the PUN Index GME. Network losses are applied as defined, published, and updated by ARERA;

  • a marketing and sales fee (also referred to as CCV luce) expressed in €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, payable monthly. This fee is fixed for 12 months from the supply activation date (as specified in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions, hereinafter CGF).

The energy component price (PUN Index GME + α), excluding VAT and taxes, represents approximately 50% of the total electricity cost (excluding VAT and taxes) for a non-domestic customer with annual consumption of 10,000 kWh and a contracted power of 10 kW.

The remaining cost components (dispatching price (PD), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for transport and meter management services, system charges) are applied as defined, published, and periodically updated by ARERA, and as indicated in the Technical and Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and the General Supply Conditions (CGF).
At the end of the applicability period, Enel Energia may modify the CCV luce and the consumption-based contribution (α) in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.2 of the CGF.

How is the security deposit calculated?

The security deposit, which will be reimbursed in the final balance bill, is calculated on the basis of your meter power. In particular, a unit amount equal to:

  •  €7.75/kW for installed power of 15kW or less
  •  €10.33/kW for installed power above 15kW.

How does withdrawal from Enel Energia work?

You can withdraw from your contract with Enel Energia at any time and without any charge by choosing a new Supplier, who will complete the withdrawal process on your behalf and in your name, in accordance with the procedures laid down by the regulations in force. What is the cooling-off period and how does it work?

You can exercise your right to change your mind, prior to contract activation without giving reasons and without any additional charges, up to fourteen days after conclusion of the contract. This period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded through agents or agencies.

To request the application of the right to change your mind, send the relevant form, which you will find attached to the contract, to one of our contact channels. For energy and/or gas supply only, you can do this through a simple recorded telephone call to our toll-free number 140.

 

If, when signing the contract, you choose early activation of the supply, the activation time may be reduced and it will no longer be possible to exercise the right to change your mind once the relevant supply has commenced or once the new conditions of the new contract have been applied (in the case of a product change with Enel Energia).


Important: In the event of a product change, the right to change your mind can only be applied in writing.
