The Clima offer includes professional installation by our technicians. Additional costs may apply at the time of installation. These amounts must be paid directly to the technician, who will issue the corresponding invoice or receipt. Download the document Professional Installation and Maintenance Regulations for further details. The goods and services purchased are subject to a reduced VAT rate of 10% (air conditioners are classified as significant goods according to Ministerial Decree 29.12.1999. The reduced 10% VAT applies to labor and other goods used in the intervention. The 10% VAT also applies to the portion of the cost related to significant goods that corresponds to the difference between the total value of the service and the value of said significant goods). The remaining amount is subject to the standard VAT rate of 22%.

Eligibility for tax incentives
Tax deductions are available for energy efficiency upgrades (Ecobonus) and building renovations (Home Renovation Bonus), in accordance with the regulations in force at the time of payment. (Source: Budget Law and related regulations, ENEA, Italian Revenue Agency). You can deduct the eligible expenses in 10 equal annual installments. We provide support by preparing the ENEA documentation required to access the tax benefits. To benefit from the tax deduction, payment must be made via traceable bank transfer (bonifico bancario parlante).
