What is PSV?

The PSV or Virtual Trading Point is the meeting point between supply and demand in the gas market in Italy. It is in this virtual location that the wholesale gas price is defined and, based on this value, gas suppliers set the price of the raw material gas to be charged to end customers.

When is it possible to join the offer?

You can join the Enel Move Gas offer if you come from another gas supplier.

How do I activate the Enel Move Plus Gas service from Enel Energia?

The service is activated by the first day of the second month following activation of the supply and will be free of charge for the entire duration of the contract. In the event of withdrawal, termination of supply or product change (recontractualisation), the free Enel Move Plus Gas service provided by Enel Energia will automatically cease.

How to switch from another supplier

If you come from another supplier, then it is very simple to join Enel Move Gas. All you need to know is:

  • there are no costs for contract activation;
  • no work is required on the installations or the meter;
  • the transfer will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the month in which the contract was concluded.

To apply for Enel Move Gas all you need is:

  • a bill;
  • your tax ID code.
Web or paper bill?

You decide how you receive your bill. You have two options: online or paper bill.

 

With our Bolletta Web service, your bills will be sent in digital format, straight to your inbox. You thus make your contribution to the environment by reducing paper use.

 

For the issue of invoices valid for tax purposes and the issue frequency of summary invoices plus the delivery methods for same, please refer to Art. 14 of the GFC.

How do you want to pay your bill?

You can choose how you pay your bill and change payment method whenever you want. You can pay via:

Direct Debit
A quick way to keep track of your payments is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill is due. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the deadline, so you have plenty of time to check it.

 

pagoPA Payment Notice (see website pagoPA website for the list of payment channels)

  • online with the IO app or via the website/app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
  • locally at one of the physical channels reporting to Enel Energia (Enel Enabled Space); 
  • locally at banks, ATMs, post offices, supermarkets and all authorised physical points.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, or your PayPal account.

We confirm that when you use one of these channels you will not have to send a receipt! We will automatically register your payment.

A breakdown of gas prices

The price indicated refers to the gas raw material component and represents about 56% of total gas expenditure (excluding VAT and taxes) for a typical domestic customer with an annual consumption of 1100 Sm3.

 

For more details see the percentage costs in your bill.

 

The customer is required to pay a marketing and sales fee (CCV gas) of €144/PDR/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining cost components (charges for transport and meter as well as admin charges) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical and Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE). At the end of the validity period of the aforementioned fees, Enel Energia may communicate the new values of the fees. This communication will be sent in the manner and time schedule provided for in Art. 7.2. of the GTC.

Text services

Many of the services available can be activated by text, which we can use to inform you:

 

  • when your bill was issued;
  • when payment is about to be due;
  • if the previous bill was correctly paid;
  • when you can send us your meter reading.

Texts are received free of charge.

You can also send your meter reading and requests for:

  • updates on the processing status of your contract;
  • receipt of bills by email;
  • changes to your personal data (email address, telephone, address...);
  • Where to find your nearest Spazio Enel point.

The cost for sending texts will depend on your phone tariff plan.

How does withdrawal from Enel Energia work?

You can withdraw from your contract with Enel Energia at any time and without any charge by choosing a new Supplier, who will complete the withdrawal process on your behalf and in your name, in accordance with the procedures laid down by the regulations in force. In the event of withdrawal from the power supply in the first 12 months after activation, the list price of the gas raw material component will be applied for the remaining months.

What is the cooling-off period and how does it work?

You can exercise your right of to change your mind, prior to contract activation without giving reasons and without any additional charges, up to fourteen days after conclusion of the contract. This period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded through agents or agencies.

To request the application of the right to change your mind, send the relevant form, which you will find attached to the contract, to one of our contact channels. For electricity and/or gas supply only, you can do this through a simple recorded telephone call to our toll-free number 800 900 860.

 

If, when signing the contract, you choose early activation of the supply, the activation time may be reduced and it will no longer be possible to exercise the right to change your mind once the relevant supply has commenced or once the new conditions of the new contract have been applied (in the case of a product change with Enel Energia).


Important: In the event of a product change, the right to change your mind can only be applied in writing.
