Details

In which cases can the offer be activated?

You can subscribe to Enel Move Luce e Gas if you need to activate a new meter (first activation), reactivate a disconnected meter (takeover), or request a transfer of account (change of account holder).

How to subscribe to the offer when switching from another provider

If you're switching from another provider, joining Enel Move Luce e Gas is very simple. Here's what you need to know:

  • there are no activation costs for the offer

  • no work is required on the systems or the meter

  • the switch will be completed no later than the first day of the third month following the month the contract is finalized

To request Enel Move Luce e Gas, you only need:

  • a utility bill

  • your tax code (codice fiscale)

How do you activate the Enel Move Plus service by Enel Energia?

The service will be activated by the first day of the second month following the activation of the supply and will be free of charge for the entire duration of the contract. In case of withdrawal, termination of the supply, or product change (recontracting), the free Enel Move Plus service provided by Enel Energia will automatically be discontinued.

How does the Bolletta Web service work and how do you pay?

With Enel Move Luce e Gas, you help protect nature by joining the “Bolletta Web” service and receiving your bill in digital format directly in your email inbox. And with direct debit from your bank account, you can also avoid waiting in line to make payments.

How would you like to pay the bill?

You can choose how you pay your bill and change payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the fastest way to keep track of your payments.

You receive your bill 15 days before the due date, giving you time to make sure that the amount is correct. Payment is automatically taken on the due date.

The real advantage is that you do not pay a security deposit. What is more, your previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you paid it.

You avoid queues at counters and do not have to remember deadlines.

  • online with the IO app or via the website/app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;

  • locally at one of the physical channels reporting to Enel Energia (Enel Enabled Space);

From the Enel Energia portal, registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, or your PayPal account.

We confirm that when you use one of these channels you will not have to send a receipt! We will automatically register your payment.

What does the energy cost consist of?

The price indicated above and referring to the energy component represents about 48% of the total energy expenditure (excluding VAT and taxes) of a typical domestic resident customer with:

  • 3 kW installed power

  • annual consumption of 2000 kWh

The customer is required to pay a marketing and sales fee (CCV power) of €144/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis.

The remaining cost components, dispatching fee, the fee to cover the net capacity supply charge, an imbalance component equal to 2% of the Single National Price (PUN), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and meter management, system charges and grid losses are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical and Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE). At the end of the validity period of the aforementioned fees, Enel Energia may communicate the new values of the fees. This communication will be sent in the manner and time schedule provided for in Art. 7.2. of the GTC.

What does the gas cost consist of?

The price indicated refers to the gas raw material component and represents about 52% of total gas expenditure (excluding VAT and taxes) for a typical domestic customer with an annual consumption of 1100 Sm3.

The customer is required to pay a marketing and sales fee (CCV gas) of €144/PDR/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining cost components (charges for transport and meter as well as admin charges) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical and Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE). At the end of the validity period of the aforementioned fees, Enel Energia may communicate the new values of the fees. This communication will be sent in the manner and time schedule provided for in Art. 7.2. of the GTC.

How is the security deposit calculated?

If, after activating the supply with the Enel Move Luce e Gas offer, the customer signs a different natural gas supply contract with Enel Energia (excluding Placet offers):

  • the 20% dual discount on the list price of the energy component under the Enel Fix Luce offer will continue to apply

  • the electricity supply bonus will continue to be applied up to a total amount of €80, and the portion of the €60 dual bonus accrued on the natural gas supply will be granted up until the subscription of the new offer

How does the withdrawal (contract cancellation) from Enel work?


You can withdraw from the contract with Enel Energia at any time through your new provider, when signing the new contract.
Additionally, you can cancel the supply activation request by registered letter, free of charge, within fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.

What is the cooling-off period and how does it work?

You can exercise your right of withdrawal, free of charge, within fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract. This fourteen-day period is extended to thirty days for contracts signed as a result of unsolicited visits by the supplier to the customer's home, or during excursions organized by the supplier with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling products to customers.

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal using one of the following contact channels:

  • through the website enel.it

  • via email to allegati.enelenergia@enel.com

  • by post to: Enel Energia S.p.A. – P.O. Box 8080 – 85100 Potenza (PZ), Italy

In all cases, the specific withdrawal form attached to the contract may be used.

Lastly, for electricity and/or gas supply contracts only, the right of withdrawal can also be exercised by a simple recorded phone call to the Enel Energia toll-free number 800 900 860. In case of a product change, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised in writing.

How to apply for the Social Gas Bonus?

If you activate a gas supply for the home where you reside and your household has an ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) of €8,265 or less, you are entitled to the Social Gas Bonus, as established by law (Law 2/2009).

The Social Gas Bonus provides a partial refund of the amount spent on gas. The refund amount depends on:

  • the type of usage (cooking or hot water)

  • the number of people living in the household

  • the area of residence
