Power offer reserved for customers with a 2G smart meter capable of detecting measurement data based on quarter-hourly curves and with a long-term rental contract.

* The value of the included km was calculated considering the amount of 140kWh per month of free energy component in the 00:00-07:00 time slot, which, net of the impact of the variable regulated components per kWh, corresponds to approximately 94 kWh equivalent, assuming a comparison with the cost of the paid hours of the Enel Drive Fix Luce offer. Multiplying this value by the data relating to the average mileage of the Renault 5 120cv vehicle (equal to 7.75 km per kWh, values approved on the basis of the WLTP mixed cycle and updated to 12/06/2025) we obtain the number of included km (equal to approximately 730). Source: Renault.it

**CCV prices €12/POD/month, energy component: €0.00/kWh from 00:00 to 07:00 up to 140 kWh/monthly and €0.162/kWh in other hours (including network losses). If the threshold of 140 kWh/monthly is exceeded, the price of the energy component is €0.162/kWh. Monthly fee of €27/POD/month. These prices are stable and guaranteed for 36 months. Other cost components as defined by the CTE.

What exactly does the Enel Drive Fix Power offer include and how can I subscribe to it?

The Enel Drive Fix Power offer includes:

  • A power offer from Enel Energia reserved for customers with a next-generation 2G POD, capable of detecting measurement data based on quarter-hourly curves. CCV price: €12/POD/month, monthly fee: €27/POD/month, energy component: €0.00/kWh from 00:00 to 07:00 up to 140 kWh/month and €0.1618/kWh during other hours (including network losses). If the 140 kWh monthly threshold is exceeded, the energy component price is €0.1618/kWh. These prices are stable and guaranteed for 36 months. Other cost components as defined in the TEC. Prices exclude VAT and taxes.
  • A Waybox home charging station on free loan for use, subject to a successful inspection, with installation included up to 10 meters, for the entire duration of the power contract with Enel Energia (any additional work is at the consumer’s expense).

You can subscribe to Enel Drive Fix Power if:

  • you have a remotely-read second-generation meter (2G meter) capable of detecting and providing measurement data based on quarter-hourly curves;

  • you simultaneously subscribe to this offer and to a free loan for use agreement for the Enel X Way Waybox from Enel Energia, whose terms and conditions are set out in the attachment to the offer subscription contract.

How will the installation of the Waybox on free loan for use be carried out?

Once you have signed the Enel Drive Fix Power contract with Enel Energia, you will be contacted by an Enel Energia representative to schedule the inspection required for the installation of the Waybox home charging station at the same supply address as the Enel Drive Fix Power offer. If the inspection has a positive outcome, the Waybox will then be installed within 10 meters of the meter. For installations beyond 10 meters, any additional costs will be estimated by the installer during the inspection.

What happens to my Waybox on free loan for use if I terminate the power contract?

The free loan for use of the Waybox home charging station will automatically cease in the event of withdrawal and/or termination of the supply contract with Enel Energia.

The cost for disinstalling the Waybox is €305 (VAT included). The customer may choose to pay this amount in a single payment or request installment payments in up to 36 monthly installments. Alternatively, the customer may opt to purchase the Waybox by paying an amount equal to its residual value. This amount will be defined at the time of withdrawal from the supply contract, with the possibility of requesting installment payments in up to 36 monthly installments.

For more information, please refer to the free loan for use agreement at the bottom of the page.

What is needed to install the Waybox?

To install a Waybox, you must have a privately owned space available for your car (e.g., box, garage, parking spot). The company appointed by Enel Energia will then verify the technical feasibility of the installation during the inspection.

The delivery and installation of the Waybox will be carried out at the address indicated by the Customer in the supply contract.

For more information, please refer to the technical and economic conditions at the bottom of the page.

What is the purpose of the Waybox home charging station and how does it work?

The Waybox is an essential device for charging electric vehicles, designed to provide a safe and efficient home charging point, ensuring faster charging times compared to a standard household socket. Once installed, you can manage the charging process through the Enel X Way App: after registering, you can connect directly to your Waybox in just a few simple steps. The app allows you to manage, monitor, and schedule home charging sessions, as well as track energy consumption.

To start charging, simply connect the Waybox cable to your vehicle, and to stop charging, just disconnect it. The Waybox also offers advanced features such as smart charging management, making the entire process simple and safe.

What does the energy cost consist of?

The above-mentioned energy component price represents approximately 79% of the total electricity cost (excluding VAT and taxes) for a typical domestic resident customer with:

  • 3 kW of committed power

  • Annual consumption of 2,000 kWh

For more details, please consult the expense percentages shown on the bill.

In addition, the customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV Power) of €384/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid monthly.

The remaining cost components—including the dispatching fee, the charge covering the net capacity procurement cost, an imbalance component equal to 2% of the National Single Price (PUN), the low-voltage dispatching component (DISP BT), transport and meter management service costs, system charges, and network losses—are applied as defined, published, and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical and Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE).
At the end of the validity period of the aforementioned fees, Enel Energia may notify the new applicable values. This communication will be sent in accordance with the methods and timing set out in Article 7.2 of the General Terms and Conditions (CGF).

How is the security deposit calculated?

The security deposit, which will be refunded in your final settlement bill, is calculated based on the power capacity of your meter. Specifically, a unit amount of €5.16/kW will be applied.

For more information, consult the PDF on the amounts charged as a security deposit.

If you terminate the contract, the refund of the deposit will include the applicable legal interest rate.
