Two-year service. After the first 24 months, the service will be automatically renewed for 12 months in 12 months unless the customer withdraws. The customer will have access to:
Dedicated Call Center and access to a network of specialized technicians present throughout Italy to request up to two free repair interventions per year in the fields of plumbing, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning and climate control, locks and glass, with a value of €500 each including VAT (call-out fee, labor and spare parts included). The free interventions included and excluded in the offer are listed in the attached document.

Some of the services included include:

• water leaks or blocked pipes
• problems with switches, plugs and electrical sockets
• inability to access the home, loss or breakage of keys and malfunctioning locks
• boiler blockage that compromises the supply of hot water
• fixed air conditioner faults on the electronic board, motor and refrigeration system

Possibility to request repairs at discounted rates in the fields of plumbing, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning and climate control, locks and glass. The discounted rates are equal to:

• €29 VAT included, per trip
• €38 VAT included, for each hour of labor plus any costs for spare parts

In addition, for you, an insurance policy that allows you to receive a lump sum payment of €500 in the event of premature death and permanent total disability due to injury and reimbursement of the electricity or gas bill due within a defined limit (€37.50 per month or €75 every two months for a maximum of 12 or 6 months) following total and temporary disability due to injury and illness (for self-employed workers), hospitalization due to injury and illness (for public employees and non-workers) and involuntary loss of employment (for employees of a private company). You will also be entitled to a discount of at least 4% for the purchase, on this site, of products such as boilers, water heaters or air conditioners.
