Maintenance for Blue Stamp
The routine maintenance of the boiler is carried out by qualified technicians and is aimed at issuing the blue sticker to always be in compliance with the regulations. The cost of the blue sticker, which varies regionally, is not included in the price. You can pay the cost of the sticker directly to the technician, who will purchase it in advance.

You can book your maintenance or request a repair by calling the toll-free number 800.900.860. Before the deadline, you will receive a reminder to carry out the maintenance and be in compliance with the regulations.

Possibility to pay by bill
If you are an Enel Energia customer, you can choose to pay for the service conveniently in your power or gas bill.

Multi-Assistance Service
Two free repair interventions per year in the home, worth €500 each (VAT included). To book the free interventions, just call the dedicated call center on the toll-free number 800.900.860. The call center is available from 08:00 to 21:00, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Description
24-month boiler maintenance and repair service, at the end of which it is automatically renewed for 12 months in 12 months unless terminated.
The customer can request one intervention per year of ordinary boiler maintenance, aimed at issuing the blue sticker.
In addition, the Multi-Assistance Service which includes 2 interventions per year (€500/intervention; including exit costs, labor and spare parts up to €150) among the following craftsmen: Plumber, Electrician, Blacksmith, Glazier, Thermo-hydraulic for air conditioning, boiler, electric or gas water heater.
Cost of the blue sticker, differentiated regionally, not included in the price. The sticker is purchased in advance by the assigned thermo-hydraulic and paid directly by the customer.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE of the boiler: the Customer may request, once within 12 months, the intervention of a specialized technician who will take care of:
- replenishing the boiler salts where necessary;
- checking the seal of the water part and the gas part;
- checking the draft of the flue or wall exhaust;
- cleaning the burner, checking the safety devices and cleaning the primary exchanger;
- carrying out any other checks as indicated in the technical instructions for use and maintenance issued by the installer.
Furthermore, only for boilers:
- checking the operation of the condensate drain, if present;
- clean the filters;
- test the boiler efficiency;
- check the fumes;
- issue the system booklet/update the existing one and the declaration of maintenance carried out.
The cost of the blue sticker, which varies regionally, is not included in the price of the package. The "sticker" is purchased in advance by the maintenance service provider (thermo-hydraulic) and paid directly by the customer.
EXCLUDED SERVICES:
The Enel Check-up Boiler service cannot be subscribed for:
boilers with power greater than 35kW boilers under warranty boilers that are not correctly installed or not working housing units that are the subject of other building or system works (reference Legislative Decree 81/08) systems that are not installed in compliance with the regulations in force on the matter (reference regulations UNI CIG 7129 and UNI CIG 7131).
Furthermore, we will not be able to intervene in any case on: parts of the system pertaining to the Distributor parts of the system pertaining to condominiums and/or municipalities requested for failure to supply gas by the Distributor, requests to adapt the systems to legal obligations, regulations and any other applicable and current legal provision, boilers and systems under warranty, faults caused by or dependent on floods, inundations, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, phenomena atmospheric having characteristics of natural disasters, phenomena of transmutation of the nucleus of the atom, radiation caused by the artificial acceleration of atomic particles, failures caused by or dependent on wars, strikes, revolutions, riots or popular movements, insurrections, looting, acts of terrorism and vandalism, failures caused by fraud or gross negligence of the Customer.
Services Included in Ordinary Maintenance

- clean the burner, check the safety devices and clean the primary exchanger;
- carry out any other checks as indicated in the technical instructions for use and maintenance issued by the installer;

- clean the filters;
- test the boiler efficiency;
- check the fumes;
- issue the system booklet/update the one present and the declaration of maintenance carried out.
In addition to the Basic package: replenishment of boiler salts (where necessary).

Service Exclusions
The following are excluded from the Ordinary Maintenance intervention:
- the payment of the regional tax (stamp)
- the systems pertaining to condominiums and/or communal
- the parts of the system pertaining to the natural gas distributor
- the costs of the material necessary for any replacements
- the costs relating to the certificates of conformity required by law or requested by the natural gas distributor or by the person selling natural gas to the end customer
- any interventions to adapt the system to the legal regulations (reference regulations UNI CIG 7129, UNI CIG 7131, CEI 64/8).
Furthermore, we will not be able to intervene in any case on:
- boilers with power greater than 35kW
- boilers in warranty
- boilers not properly installed or not working
- housing unit subject to other building or system works (reference D.L. 81/08)
- systems not installed in compliance with the regulations in force on the matter (reference UNI CIG 7129 and UNI CIG 7131 regulations).
