What exactly does the Enel Drive offer include and how can I join it?
The Enel Drive offer includes:
- the purchase with Renault of a new electric vehicle or a new electric quadricycle, with the option to pay in a single solution or through financing, subject to approval by Mobilize Financial Services companies.
- a Power offer from Enel Energia; based on the characteristics of your meter, you can choose among the following recommended Power offers or other Enel Energia offers:
Enel Drive Fix Power (available only with fully deployed 2G meter)
Enel Day Free (available only with fully deployed 2G meter)
Enel Super Power
Enel Flex Box (available on a meter different from the home one)
- with the Enel Drive Fix Power offer, a Waybox charging station for home charging is included on free loan for use, with installation within 10 meters subject to a positive site inspection (any additional work is at the customer’s expense). If the quotation for additional work is not accepted within 2 months, the free loan agreement for the Waybox is automatically terminated.
- alternatively, if you are an Enel Energia customer, you can purchase the Waybox with dedicated offers on https://www.enel.it/.
How does the Enel Drive process work?
To join Enel Drive, you can leave your contact details by clicking on “Request a quote”. An Enel Energia advisor will call you back to explain in detail the benefits and conditions of the offer, and to find the nearest dealership to you. You will then be contacted to schedule an appointment at the dealership, where a Renault advisor will explain the details and conditions of the offer. Once the purchase is completed, you will be contacted again by an Enel Energia advisor to evaluate whether to subscribe to the Power offer that best suits your needs. If you have purchased or chosen the offer with the Waybox on free loan for use, a consultant from Enel’s partner company will contact you to arrange the site inspection and installation of the Waybox.
What are the main features of the Renault guaranteed future value plan?
It is the financial solution offered by Mobilize Financial Services that allows you to drive a Renault that is always new, with the option to choose what to do with its guaranteed future value at the end of the contract.

- Guaranteed future value with freedom of choice at contract expiry.
- Instalments customizable based on the expected mileage.
- Customizable duration from 36 to 48 months depending on the models.

What happens at the end of the Renault guaranteed future value financing contract?
You can freely choose to: replace your Renault with a new one, keep the vehicle, or return the vehicle to the dealer. You can drive a Renault that is always new, with a guaranteed future value at all times.
What are the main features of the Leasing plan?
Leasing is a contract offered by Mobilize Financial Services through which the financial company (Lessor) purchases the vehicle and grants its use to a company (Lessee) for a predefined period and in exchange for the payment of a periodic fee. At the end of the lease, the lessee can become the owner of the asset by paying a predetermined price (Buyout).
The main advantages of the plan are:
• Flexibility with the possibility to adjust leasing instalments according to financial needs (variation of the buyout value or the initial instalment).
• Taxation allows amortization through the deductibility of periodic instalments over the duration of the contract.
What happens if I terminate the financing contract early?
The Customer has the right to withdraw without penalties and without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the conclusion of the contract and, if more favorable, within 14 (fourteen) days from the completion of the Contract through disbursement.
The Customer also has the right to repay early, at any time, in full or in part, the amount owed to the lender.

What is required to install the Waybox? And what happens if the Power meter in my garage is different from the one at home?
The Waybox is an essential device for charging electric vehicles, designed to provide a safe and efficient home charging point, ensuring faster charging times compared to a standard household socket.
To install a Waybox, you must have a private parking space for your car (e.g. box, garage, parking space). The company appointed by Enel Energia will then verify the technical feasibility of the installation during the site inspection.
Delivery and installation of the Waybox will be carried out at the address indicated by the Customer in the supply contract.

How much does it cost to increase the Power meter capacity?
Thanks to ARERA Resolution 541/2020/R/EEL from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2027 it will be possible to charge your electric vehicle with an available power of approximately 6 kW during the night, on Sundays and on public holidays, without having to request a power increase from your electricity supplier, therefore without incurring additional fixed costs due to the increase in power. For customers interested in participating in the trial, it will be possible to submit the request online from February 12, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Vehicles under leasing or rental contracts registered to third parties are also eligible. The request must be submitted online through the GSE, also accessible via SPID.

How can I check if my meter is a fully deployed 2G meter?
You can check whether your meter is suitable for subscribing to the Enel Drive Fix Power or Enel Day Free offer by accessing the consumption portal and following these steps:
a) Log in with SPID or CIE
Once you open the portal website, log in using one of the available methods, either SPID or CIE.
b) Select the supply
The consumption portal lists all utilities registered in your name. Select the electricity supply corresponding to the meter you want to check.
c) Is your meter 2G?
Check that under “2G meter status” it is indicated as FULLY CONFIGURABLE.
d) Is your meter fully deployed?
Click on “View consumption” and verify that measurements are present in the daily data section.
