Offer reserved for Non-Domestic Customers holding at least one Medium Voltage (MV) supply site with a contractual power equal to or greater than 200 kW and any additional Low Voltage (LV) sites, with total consumption below 4,000,000 kWh.
*The offer includes a sales and marketing fee expressed in Euro/POD/year (Power CCV) and an Energy component price applied to consumption expressed in Euro/kWh, excluding VAT and taxes; these components are fixed and unchanged for 24 months from the supply activation date.
For customers supplied in LV, prices include grid losses; for customers supplied in MV, grid losses are applied separately in accordance with the provisions defined, published and updated by ARERA.
Should the Customer withdraw from the contract before 24 months from the activation date of each site, they will be required to pay an early termination fee calculated on the remaining supply months as of the effective withdrawal date.
