Conto Termico for Business
What is Conto Termico?
It is an incentive for increasing energy efficiency and for the production of thermal energy from renewable sources. Companies can also access funds to upgrade their buildings and improve energy performance, thereby reducing the cost of consumption and quickly recovering part of the expenditure incurred.
The approved amendments introduce an expenditure limit for photovoltaics and storage systems. The limit will be laid down in the implementing decrees and will impose a proportionality between the energy supplied and the rebate on expenditure. A higher power output of the photovoltaic system will correspond to a higher limit on the expenditure allowance.
How does Conto Termico work for companies?
Preparation of the application
Enel's Energy Incentives & Consulting unit, a UNI CEI 11352-certified ESCo, supports you in the preparation and submission of all the documentation required to obtain the Conto Termico incentive in accordance with the requirements of the Ministerial Decree. 16/02/2016.
Submission of the application
Enel's Energy Incentives & Consulting unit, downstream of the preparation of all necessary documentation, supports your company, step by step, in applying for incentives to the Energy Services Manager (GSE) within 60 days from the date of completion of the intervention according to the requirements of the Ministerial Decree. 16/02/2016.
Disbursement of the incentive
The incentive will be disbursed within 30 days following the signing of the contract form with the GSE for amounts up to EUR 5,000. Instead, for amounts exceeding EUR 5,000, disbursement will take the form of constant annual instalments for up to five years.
