What does the energy cost consist of?

The price structure of the PLACET offers, as defined by ARERA, consists of a fixed fee (Pfix), expressed in Euro/POD/year, and an energy component (Pvol), expressed in Euro/kWh (thus proportional to the volumes consumed), which is fixed.

Specifically, the Pfix will amount to €144/POD/year (VAT and taxes excluded), payable on a monthly basis.

The price of the energy component (Pvol) represents approximately 56% of the total electricity cost (VAT and taxes excluded) for a typical domestic customer residing with:

  • 30 kW of contracted power

  • annual consumption of 3,000 kWh

For more details, please refer to the cost breakdown percentages in the bill.

The Enel Energia PLACET Fixed Light Consumer offer concerns only the supply of electricity and does not include additional services.

How does the bill work?

The Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Luce Business offer includes electronic invoicing. By activating the BollettaWeb service, the electronic invoice will be sent directly to the provided email address. However, it is also possible to receive the invoice in paper form via regular mail at no additional cost by making an explicit request.

The invoice will be sent with the frequency specified in the CGF, according to the type of supply.

If the invoice is received in electronic format and payment is made through automatic debit ("SDD Procedure"), a discount will be applied as defined in the CGF.

How do you want to pay your bill?

You can choose how you pay your bill and change payment method whenever you want.
Payments can be made via:

Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the fastest way to keep track of your payments.

You receive your bill 15 days before the due date, giving you time to make sure that the amount is correct. Payment is automatically taken on the due date.
