You can choose how you pay your bill and change payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the fastest way to keep track of your payments.
You receive your bill 15 days before the due date, giving you time to make sure that the amount is correct. Payment is automatically taken on the due date.
The real advantage is that you do not pay a security deposit. What is more, your previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you paid it.
You avoid queues at counters and do not have to remember deadlines.
pagoPA Payment Notice (see pagoPA website for the list of payment channels)
online with the IO app or via the website/app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
locally at one of the physical channels reporting to Enel Energia (Enel Enabled Space);
locally at banks, ATMs, post offices, supermarkets and all authorised physical points.
Web and App
From the Enel Energia portal, registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, or your PayPal account.
We confirm that when you use one of these channels you will not have to send a receipt! We will automatically register your payment.
