Long-term rental offer by ARVAL Service Lease Italia S.p.A. (single shareholder) valid for Enel Drive contact requests from private individuals by 31/05/2026, with new vehicles, and only for quotes accepted and documentation for feasibility assessment submitted by 15/06/2026, subject to extensions.

Enel Drive Flex Power by Enel Energia reserved for customers with 1G and 2G meters; Fixed fee equal to €264/POD/year; Power price PUN Index GME + α (€0.022/kWh), including network losses. The PUN Index GME, excluding VAT and taxes, will be increased by network losses. Network losses are applied as defined, published and updated by ARERA. Other cost components as per CTE. Prices exclude VAT and taxes. Conditions valid until 28/04/2026. Subject to extensions. What exactly does the offer include and how can I join it?

The Enel Drive offer includes:

  • a long-term rental contract starting from 24 months with Arval Service Lease Italia S.p.A. for a new electric car for private customers, with 100,000 km included in the rental fee to ensure worry-free mobility. For customers running a business, or those interested in a used car, the mileage can be customized.
  • a Power offer from Enel Energia; based on the characteristics of your meter, you can choose from the following recommended Power offers or other Enel Energia offers, for example: 
    • Enel Drive Flex Power
    • Enel Flex Box
  • with the Enel Drive Fix Power offer, a Waybox home charging station is included on a free loan-for-use basis, with installation within 10 meters subject to a positive site inspection (any additional work is at the customer’s expense). If the quote is not accepted within 2 months, the free loan-for-use contract for the Waybox will automatically terminate. Alternatively, Enel Energia customers can purchase the Waybox by choosing the most suitable model at the following link
What is included in long-term rental?

The services included in the long-term rental are:

  • Routine and extraordinary maintenance;
  • Third-party liability insurance and, upon request, driver injury coverage, limitation of liability for fire, theft and additional damage, and assistance in managing administrative procedures;
  • 24/7 assistance and prompt roadside assistance, continuous telephone support during accidents, and a replacement vehicle (available upon request);
  • Arval used car collection, with free evaluation of your car within 48 hours and home collection of your used vehicle.

Can I customize the down payment, duration and vehicles included in the offer?

Yes, of course. After leaving your contact details, when you are contacted by Arval, you will be able to customize the rental duration (from a minimum of 24 months up to a maximum of 60 months for new cars, and up to a maximum of 36 months for used cars), the down payment and the vehicle, also choosing from many other vehicles not published on our website.

What happens if I terminate the car rental contract early?

In the event of early termination of the contract, different penalties apply depending on the type of vehicle and customer:

  • New vehicles:
    • Private customers: Pre-order before vehicle registration: a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the vehicle value + options applies. Pre-orders after vehicle registration: a penalty equal to 35% of the remaining fees + the fee for the month of return applies. Pre-registration and post-registration: a penalty of 6 monthly fees if the request is made within the 18th month, or 3 monthly fees if made after the 18th month.
    • VAT-registered businesses: Penalty equal to 35% of the remaining fees.
  • Used vehicles:
    • Private customers: with 30 days’ notice, a penalty of 5 monthly fees if the request is made within the 18th month, or 2 monthly fees if after the 18th month.
    • VAT-registered businesses: penalty equal to 35% of the remaining fees plus the fee for the month of return and any excess mileage charges.

What condition are the used rental cars in?

All used vehicles offered undergo thorough check-ups at authorized workshops before being made available for rental. Each car is carefully inspected and, if necessary, refurbished to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. At the end of the checks, the vehicles are fitted with new tires. For each vehicle, the full maintenance history is available, also viewable within the listing on the Arval Autoselect platform, certifying compliance with the scheduled maintenance program. In addition, for BEV and PHEV cars, it is possible to obtain a battery certificate, attesting to its condition and performance.

What is required to install the Waybox? And what happens if the electricity meter in my garage is different from the meter in my home or business?

To install a Waybox, you must have a private parking space for your car (e.g. box, garage, parking space). The company appointed by Enel Energia will then verify the technical feasibility of the installation during the site inspection.

The delivery and installation of the Waybox will be carried out at the address indicated by the Customer in the supply contract.

If the electricity meter in your garage is different from the one in your home, you can subscribe to the Enel Flex Box offer for non-domestic users, which includes:

  • Energy component price equal to the PUN differentiated by time slots;
  • A consumption fee (α), fixed and unchanged for 12 months from the activation date of the supply, including network losses, equal to: €0.041/kWh, excluding VAT and taxes.
  • A CCV equal to €60/year per supply point (excluding VAT and taxes).

What is the Waybox home charging station for and how does it work?

The Waybox is an essential device for charging an electric car, designed to provide a safe and efficient home charging point, ensuring faster charging times compared to a standard household socket. Once installed, you can manage charging via the Enel On Your Way App: after registration, you can connect directly to your Waybox in just a few simple steps. The app allows you to manage, monitor and schedule home charging sessions, as well as check Energy consumption.

To start charging, simply connect the Waybox cable to your vehicle, while to stop it you only need to disconnect it. The Waybox also offers advanced features, such as smart charging management, making the entire process simple and safe.

How much does it cost to increase the power of the electricity meter?

Thanks to ARERA Resolution 541/2020/R/EEL, from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2027 it is possible to charge your electric vehicle with an available power of approximately 6 kW during the night, on Sundays and on other public holidays, without having to request a power increase from your electricity supplier, and therefore without incurring additional fixed costs due to the increase in power. For customers interested in participating in the trial, it is possible to submit the request online from February 12, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Vehicles under leasing or rental contracts registered to third parties are also eligible. The request must be submitted online through the “Customer Area” portal of the GSE, also accessible with SPID.
